This was my first visit to Tails a Waggin, I was referred by my co worker because she was so happy to have found a place which not only was the cleanest but also a friendly professional staff from the Doctor to the wonderful daycare girls in the play yard, this place is a must for all pet owners who want the best like me!! Can't wait till they finish the Pool\r more

I love the staff, the Doc's are awesome, and the hospital/clinic itself is wonderful and is/has gone through major renovations...beautiful! We board our pet a few times a year due to travel restraints,usually Saturday to Saturday. While I think she gets excellent care I would love to be able to pick her up on Saturday but the office closes at noon so she must remain until Monday. I am also not a fan of being charged for another full day no matter what time I am there to pick her up. As an example; If I drop her off before 11:00 on a Saturday, and return to pick her up on Monday at 10:00 I am charged a full day. I just think there should be a specific time you must pick up your pet to avoid an additional day would be nice. more

This is one of the most professional and friendly animal hospitals I have ever experienced! I have always had dogs in my life and I cannot imagine taking Harley anywhere else. The doctors and staff really care for each patient and I know he is in good hands when there! You won't find a more caring and friendly place for vet care.\r more

Brought my dog in...was having pain issues...Doctor was friendly and very knowledgable about the condition he thought she had, and you can see his genuine concern over her problems...His staff really stole the show, though...From the moment I walked in, the freindliness and concern for Zoey was evident...They all doted over her...very nice experience for her... more

Vet, boarding and grooming 5/17/2013

Had a very good experience here with boarding, grooming and a 1st time vet visit. We were pleased with how, clean, bright and cheerful it was. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Our pet liked being there. Just had a 2nd boarding visit and everything was good. Boarding and grooming prices were about average, vet visit and shots seemed a little higher than some other places but seems to be worth it. more

Had a very good experience here with boarding, grooming and a 1st time vet visit. We were pleased with how, clean, bright and cheerful it was. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Dr.Mogavero and his staff have done an outstanding job of caring for our golden retriever, Ben, who has severe allergy related health issues. After receiving their care, Ben is now as healthy as he has ever been. Dr. Mogavero prescribed a program and explained it in detail and follows Ben's progress with follow up appointments. The day after every appointment, we receive a call to check in on Ben's progress and inquire as to whether or not we have any questions. We even receive a call after Ben has been groomed to insure that we are (Ben is) pleased with the service. Add to that a neat, clean facility, and a friendly relaxed atmosphere where you are greeted by name. more

THE BEST VET! Don't think twice. Smart, with years of experience, and a heart of gold. I've been going to him on and off (I've moved a few times and the clinic is further away now) for years. I know scores of dog/cat people bring their pets there. I've never had a bad word to say, and believe me I would if there was anything amiss, and I've never heard a complaint from anyone. Wherever you live, go and see him. If you love your pet that's what to do. more
