This is a backyard company that can't handle orders. Their email has issues as they usually don't receive them. Try calling them day and night and all you get is their answering machine. For payment, just leave your credit card information on the machine. This company does not take customers seriously. I spent one year attempting to arrange a birthday gift for someone, they were not at all accomodating, and after months of planning and everything in agreement they then tell me that they cannot ship overseas, even after I had repeatedly confimed with them that they would do that. I would avoid them like the plauge as I doubt you will ever get what you want or it may take more than two years for them to respond and good luck getting anyone live on a telephone for any reason.
