Tag Gas Works

I contacted TAG Gas Works via e-mail to ask for their help for a very dire situation with an elderly, disabled gentleman who had no heat in his house and had limited funds to repair his damaged gas line. I received an immediate reply from Tamara at TAG who stated that they would try to come out to the house ASAP and assess the situation. Not only did they live up to their promise, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Tamara kept in constant contact with me via e-mail regarding the situation and made certain that this elderly gentleman was taken care of and had heat in his house within the week. Because of their willingness to work with me to help this disabled veteran, I will most definitely be using them when I install gas logs in my fireplace and gas outdoor lanterns on my front porch. It is rare in this day and age that you find a company with such compassionate people who are willing to help a person in need, and Tamara and the fine people at TAG Gas Works are definitely tops in my book. I wholeheartedly recommend and thank them for all of their help. more

My girlfriends gas waterheater broke and this company was recommended by the SCE&G guy. So we thought that was a good endorsement-boy were we wrong! We asked this guy about upgrading the home to a tankless hot water heater. My girlfriend asked if the water pressure would change. He said""NO"" unless you run multiple sources requiring hot water simultaneously, there wouldn;t be a change in water pressure. Well, over $1,000 later and the new tankless water heater is in. But the hot water pressure is horribly low. Try to mix in with the cold for 'warm' water and the cold over powers the hot easily, so its either somewhat hot with low pressure or cold. When called back about this he quotes the 2 gallons per minute the unit provides can't keep up with the 6 gallons per minute the plumbing allows- SO WHY DIDNT HE SAY THIS BEFORE WE HIRED HIM????She asked the question before-hand!! Augh, what a bad experience. RUN FROM THIS GUY!!! Now he says to get what she wanted she needs to install a 2nd water heater? Oh My God! RUN!
