Do Not Go There. I recently visited and asked for a Law Enforcement program they currently have going on. I was sent into the other room then I asked a sales rep for a Glock 33 pistol he informed me he didnt have it. I asked about ordering it he got on the phone and I believe made a bogus call then informed me he cannot get the Glock 33 I was looking for. I told him I will wait just order it he informed me again, I cant get it! I continued to question him about other pistols and he turned his back and walked away from me in midsentence. I went there because I heard this guy who owns it is a former Marine. I also am and I hate to say I believe he uses all credentials to lure you in for the kill. Prices high, customer service terrible and rude staff.Take my advice, dont waste your time. more

untrustworthy management. Do not care about customers just about making money. Spent $270 for sons birthday to shoot automatic weapons for an hour, get 40 minutes because gun keep jammming. Explained son's birthday, not our fault weapon kept jamming, thay could care less. Offered reduce rate to shoot some more. Talked to general manger same story pay more money. This place with current management will fail, sad have a good setup and would be a great place with better management and more knowledgable staff. more

These guys are shady. I went in to see how much my gun was worth for them to buy as they said they had a ""blue book"". The estimator took one look at my receipt (15 years old) and estimated based on that.........like I was an idiot. He then began with some long story on worth like he had told it a million times with a straight face.........these guys are untrustworthy. more

My husband and I went to every gun store in Houston including the gun show looking for a gun at a good price. We finally found Tactical Firearms in Katy on South Mason Rd. and they beat every other stores price including the gun show by $92 without having to talk them down! They explained that they have wholesale prices on everything. Not only did they have great prices but they were super nice. They showed us how to take apart the gun and oiled it so it was ready to shoot. No other store has ever taken care of us like they did. We will no longer shop anywhere else, especially since they will special order any gun we want for the same price. more
