Taco Joe's Mexican Restaurant

The service at this restaurant is awful! I have never been so disrespected in my life! Laura is the worst person I have ever had the experience of meeting in my life! A waiter named Michelle takes our order but brings us back someone elses order. Then she takes the tacos off of my plate by hand and says they are someone elses. So that poor someone else gets tacos touched my her dirty hands. Also on top of that my friend specifically tells her no cheese on top of the burrito and he gets a burrito smothered in it. And when he tells them the evil Laura says that's not their fault. So pretty much we just have to deal with a cheesy burrito we didn't order. Then in the beginning the waitress tells us that you get one refill with your drink so thinking its ok we get our refill. Then when the check comes and we're wondering why we were over charged for two extra drinks they say no free refills. Then we tell the manager Laura that our waiter said we get one free refill and she says well she didn't know so you still have to pay for the drinks. So unless I'm crazy how is it our fault we got a refill when there staff told us we can. Just so ridiculous! I think it was pure discrimination, if your not a local be prepared to be treated like crap!! more

How Bad can you get. First off for a family of four you get a small bowl of chips that equalled 2 chips a person and are told that extra chips are 50 cents a bowl. Then you waiter is not only the bus boy and helps the cook but brings the salsa over to your table with him thumb partially inside the salsa. Then you talk to the manager who then claims she is an owner Laura and she offers an excuse and says to talk to another owner who is a son who is ruder than you know what. Follwed by staff that looks like they should be pole dancing with her short cut off shorts, tank top with her chest hanging out all over your food, and hair flying in your food as well. Will recommend to anyone who wants to contract food poisioning. Oh and don't forget no free drink refills they are only for longtime customers i was told when i asked why the people across from me got some. Isn't that discrimination?
