Customer service needs help!! 3/7/2006

I ordered off the menu board and asked for a flavored wrap on my taco. The prep person was making it for me with no problem. Then when he told the cashier/manager? what I had(so she could ring it up) she told me I could not have that particular flavor wrap on that taco. She would not accommodate me and started arguing with me. I just left and have not been back since. I spent many years in food service and know full well the customer is always right. She lost a customer for life over a 15 cent wrap? Some people do not belong in retail... more

Yummy Food, Great Price! 12/4/2005

Taco Del Mar has the most tasty Mexican food you can get for fast food! And by fast I mean their service is speedy. We were in and out of Taco Del Mar and with a correct order! We were greeted with smiles and hellos. The restaurant itself appeared to be clean and the line was flowing without problems. In my opinion the chicken tacos are the tastiest item on the menu, the burritos are a close runner up though. They are huge, I got the half of burrito and it filled me up! I recommend Taco Del Mar to anyone who loves yummy pretty close to authentic Mexican food. more
