Taco Casa opened in the 70s and there is nowhere in the country that delivers what they do: hand-shredded tenderloin in homemade tortillas and the only thing that's changed over the years was when they added nachos. I always go for a couple meat tacos and maybe a meat burrito or nacho. And we always take the food out of the paper boats and fill them with salsa from the bar. It's a tiny place with 4 tables that I NEVER miss whenever I go back there. It's truly one of Odessa's treasures.
