Taco Bell

My first experience at this Taco Bell was not good. Which is pretty normal I have found for Taco Bells in this area and other areas close to Tyler. I went in with my sister in law to get us some dinner and when she ordered the cashier put her order in wrong so while we were waiting on the food we realized that the order was wrong so before I could tell the cashier that our order was wrong they had already made up her food. So when they went to give it to us we had to tell them. They threw this huge fit! They slammed the wrong food down on the counter in the back and acted like it was our fault. Sorry people it was your cashier that put it in wrong. So then they made her the right food and well they skimmed on so much cause they were ticked that they had to redo her meal. Then they owed her some money back and instead of giving her the exact change that she was owed they estimated how much they owed her back and gave her that much. I was thinking you tightwads you messed up give her the right amount back not just an estimation. Argh! That aggrevates me. I still have half a mind to call corporate office on them, so that they won't do this to someone else. If I could give this place negative stars I would cause they don't even deserve a one star!!! more

Its been a while since I have been to this Taco Bell since they opened up the new one but the last few times I went to this location I was quite disgusted. Not only were the tables and floors in the dining room not clean but there was food squished into the ground behind the counter. Yuck. To me thats really nasty. Mind you Taco Bell is pretty cheap but is it worth going here if its so dirty? If the place looks dirty how do we know that the workers are clean? I don't mean to be rude but a dirty store reflects on its workers. This location is not only dirty but its slow too. A group of us used to come here after church but it would take forever for our food to get out, so we stopped coming. I don't know too many of my friends that come here any more. more
