My husband and I bought a groupon to clean our newly purchased house and scheduled it for the day before our housewarming party. My husband took the afternoon off that Friday to be home when they arrived. They were scheduled to show up between 1:30-2:30, so at 3 I call and they said Oh oops we had you scheduled the next Friday. They said we will call you back, they did and they said sorry we can't do it today. I am appalled by the lack of trying to rectify the situation. They just nope, can't do it. I showed my frustration on Twitter and they replied ""didn't you check your email conformation?"" Wow really? I understand things get messed up however if it were a business I was running I would try to correct the situation and not blame the customer. They said they will make it right, however never said how. We have to rearrange our entire schedule to get our house cleaned by tomorrow at 11am.
