TRUCE Spa

I work in Bellevue so of course I was so excited when I heard the news about this new amazing spa opening in my own backyard. Being a esthetician myself, I am very picky when choosing where to get my services done. I am new to the Seattle area and have been searching for the right esthetician to fill my waxing needs. I hadn't found that before I went to truce. I was placed with a lovely girl at the spa by the name of Rachel. I received amazing service from the moment I walked in all the way through to my check out. I really loved how Rachel listened to what I wanted while at the same time providing her expert advice. She was really able to find me the perfect shape for my brows and still keep them looking very natural. I now get compliments on my eyebrows everyday and have already been back to see her 3 times since they have opened. I highly recommend the spa and every time I leave I cant wait to go back again. Next on my list....booking a facial...I can only imagine how incredible it will be! more

I called this spa, visiting from out of town...hoping that they had an appointment. Long stressful work week I was just looking for anything, in fact I didn't even know what I wanted. I have not had an experience quite like this before. I travel alot for work, and alot of spa's do not cater to men, or even change the menu to fit your needs. Truce made me a customized treatment that was so above and beyond every other spa treatment I've ever had it made me never want to leave Bellevue. Lesley, my massage therapist, started me with a foot soak and scrub, then we moved into the facial room and Rachel came in and used some of the most fantastic products I've ever smelled. Everyone's touch and genuine consideration for my comfort, made me want to pack them in my suitcase and take them back to San Francisco! EVERYONE should go to this luxurious new place and treat themselves to a day of pampering....and if you can't choose which treatment you want to try, they'll make up something special just for you!!! I have been getting massages for quite sometime, and have even done physical therapy massage. My massage was so incredible! My massage therapist took so much time and gave me so much information I could really tell he was 100% focused on my care! Not only that, but they have this great spray tan! Its not like anything I have ever tried (and I am VERY pale...most things turn orange). I've never looked so naturally tan. I think next time I'm going to try a facial.... or maybe even eyelash extensions! more

I heard about this spa from my hair stylist, I was just looking for a great place to get my brows done (and they look amazing) but decided to get a facial too! When you walk in you instantly feel all the weight of the day lifted off your shoulders. It's quiet and peaceful and everyone there is incredibly friendly and professional. I waited for my esthetician in the relaxation room, and I was hesitant to leave! My facial was probably the best I""ve ever had! The organic products smell so good you could literally eat them, and every movement felt fantastic! It was so good in fact that I went back for a massage, because after seeing the rooms and meeting the staff I couldn't wait to come back. I had an ashiatsu massage, which is something that I truely believe you cannot find anywhere on the eastside. My therapist used her feet to do a deep tissue massage that was unlike anything else I have ever had. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on the menu! more
