TPS

Raped me on labor, left things in and on my car filthy, disconnected, broken, even missing entirely.. The fender was covered in greasy hand prints.. Some kind of glue was spilled on my intake manifold cover, windshield wiper fluid was left disconnected, one bolt that connects the exhaust to the headers was snapped and had to be drilled out, bolts misssing and mismatched all over my engine bay and transmission... They seem like nice people but the work done on my car was just horrible.. They fixed the initial problem but broke a million other things in the process. What really bugged me was how spotless all the owners/employees cars were and then they left my car in disgusting condition. I will not be returning to or recommending tps any time soon. more

The owners are really nice; at least I've never had a problem with them and they always had my car done when they said they would. However, after speaking with my daughters, I think they over charge for their oil changes. I dropped off my car here because of convenience; I have my own business just down the street. I spent over $40 for an oil change and filter, while my daughter spent only $20. (When I bought my new mini van I gave my daughter my old one, so it should be the same amount of work involved.) I haven't used their service for anything else, so I can't comment, but if you don't mind spending $40 every three months, then by all means go to TPS--they're really nice. more
