I had an awesome experience with TNT Tree Service. I had a huge Bradford Ornamental Pear Tree over the top of my house. It was gorgeous. They took it down, and I'm in awe of how they did it. The neighbors came out to watch, and I even took pictures of the process on my cell phone. From the beginning when I called them to the end when they pulled out of the driveway, it was an awesome experience. They even swept the street to make sure there wasn't any debris in the street! more

After getting quotes from several tree trimming companies, we went with TNT. Tim (owner) was great. He took the time to educate us on what he would trim and why. He was reasonable in price yet very detail oriented in his work. His crew was curteous, professional, and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend TNT to anyone looking for tree work. more

I have used TNT Tree Service twice now for both large and small jobs, and I will never use another tree service. They are professional, timely, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. What sets them apart from other tree services are the little things they do like; removing all the underbrush, blowing off the roof and walkways after they are done, asking your input on trees that you want to save, and asking you to inspect their work before they leave to make sure you are fully satisfied. I never felt like I was just their next job and they took the time to get it done right the first time which I very much appreciate. I could not be happier! more

I've used TNT Tree Service several times. The last time they came by, they trimmed all the trees to roof level and hulled all the branches away. And I've got a lot trees! They also removed three huge dead trees for me about a year ago. They do an excellent job and are very courteous. more

If you are reading this review you are in doubt as to who to trust in taking care of tree matters in your yard. I read many of the reviews here before I hired them too. If you think these reviews are planted think again. EVERYTHING you read here is true about this company. The only thing that is misrepresented is the cartoon picture on this site, Tim is better looking than that guy! LOL Our experience: When we recently moved to our retirement dream home we found ourselves in the virtual forest. With numerous projects ahead and trees in the path we called Tim out for a quote. He promptly answered the call and came out and walked the property with me pointing out diseased trees, and others I would need removed in order to proceed with our projects. He is very knowledgable and very sensitive to a budget, letting you know what would be the most important thing to do first. Tim is most personable, as are his crew, they are respectful and polite. My neighbor commented that our yard looked so clean when they were finished. Every spec of debris was removed. They took out 16 trees and trimmed for us. Tim has an eye for what trimming will do for a tree and your home, he goes the extra mile and doesn't tack onto the price he has given you. His stump grinding crew were amazing also, very efficient and prompt. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I'd hire them in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone I meet. I've used TNT Tree Service a number of times in the past. The first time, Tim said he'd leave nothing but sawdust. That couldn't have been more true. Actually, he didn't even leave that much sawdust! I had to go to work a few times and couldn't watch him. The times I could watch, though, I was just amazed at how well he did his job. more

I can only add my complete satisfaction to the reviews you have already read. Tim visited my property and a price was given to me for pruning several trees. Due to a cancellation Tim and his crew of three was able to come the following day. They arrived promptly and immediately started the job in hand, which may I add was no easy task, the trees were very tall and spindly but under Tim's direction his crew tackled them effortlessly. Within no time the actual job for which I had initially employed them was done but oh no, that wasn't enough for Tim. He actually pruned more trees for me, clipped hedges and advised me on the care and cultivation of the garden. Now, being English and never living in the USA before this was invaluable information. When he and his crew left my garden looked absolutely fabulous. They made such a vast difference it was unbelievable. There was no mess, just total beauty and according to Tim it was all part of customer service. Everything was done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Tim to anyone, he has vision and expert knowledge of trees and design, coupled with a very friendly nature. He went above and beyond my wildest expectations. It was a sheer pleasure having TNT Tree Service on my property and I not hesitate to employ this friendly guy again. Tim is just remarkable. His knowledge of trees is just extraordinary. Not only does he write up the estimate, and show you what he sees to improve the trees, but he comes out to work with his crew! Then, and only then, do you realize something special about Tim, he loves what he does. He is so detail oriented. He corrects tiny imperfections that most tree services would pass right over. His crew is meticulous. My front yard is transformed! It was so overgrown. The crew took down a tree right next to my roof, removed large limbs off the roof and cut out dead wood. Then, Tim with a glint in his eye, went to work fussing over my shrubs and ornamental trees just because he wanted the entire job to look fantastic. And it does. Tim is a great guy. We will happily have him back here in January to clean up the pine trees. If you get your trees serviced by anyone else then TNT, you are getting second rate service! more

TNT Tree Service did an outstanding job! I had two trees removed & cleaned up my very large Oak Tree; could not of ask for a better job. Tim & his crew were hard workers and even tried to work in the rain.Tim & his crew cleaned up and you would have never known they were there. No trace left behind of tree limbs. I can't say enough about the professional attitude, customer service and skill Tim and his crew displayed. The 'face lift' turned my 10 year old, over-grown live oak into a thing of beauty. It was amazing! The quote was extremely reasonable, when compared to several others, for the amount of labor and clean up that was done. We called up TNT Tree Service to remove five trees and trim two others on a separate occasion. They arrived on time and did what they needed to do. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and didn't tear up our yard in the process. They're courteous people. The price was right. Overall, they did excellent work. I would recommend them every chance I get! more

TNT Tree Service cut down two trees this time. It went fine. Tim cut them down and did exactly what we talked about. This is the third time this year they've come to my house. Tim does a good job. I just called him back to cut down two trees struck by lightning. He does a great job trimming trees also. He's trimmed some trees for me for free. He's done four jobs for me this year. He cut down some trees at my mother's house in January. It was a large tree and, while he was there, I told him I had some trees that needed to be taken care of at my house. He came by, checked them out, and cut them down when he was there. more

TNT Tree Service took down four pine trees and trimmed seven oak trees. What stands out is the fact that he will be here the exact date and time he tells you. He does what he talks about with you and goes through with his word. He is very professional, with great customer service. When it comes to conversation and expressing if you want to change something or make it look a certain way, he works with you. He is very people-friendly and easy to speak to. more

We sold our home in Elm Grove, Kingwood. An inspection said insects could get into the structure from tree limbs touching roof from a large oak tree in front and a similar tree in back. The house is a 2 story, steep roof. One call, quick look at the situation and a handshake. Great job and buyers pleased. more

I have already recommended TNT Tree Service to other people because of my experience. I had called them to take a tree down at first. While they were there, I had them look at a different area. They pictured things that I didn't even picture and did them at a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Tim and his crew are prompt, thorough, professional and qualified. After my trees have been trimmed it looks as though an artist's paint brush was used instead of a chain saw. Tim has an eye for the beauty of the individual trees as well as the way the trees compliment the landscape and home. Thank goodness my neighbor recommended TNT to me! We are new to the area and didn't know who to call to have our trees trimmed, and more importantly, to remove a huge pine tree that had been struck by lightening. They did a great job on everything including clean up...and on one of the hottest days of the summer! more
