Tim and his team removed a very large palm tree close to our house. They also trimmed our live oaks and magnolia. They had a very pleasant attitude, worked closely as a team, took pride in their work, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. A great experience on all counts! Tim came out and removed three trees for me, the two sweet gums were between my garden and two peach trees. They removed these two trees and did not so much as touch a leaf on the peach trees or the garden fence. Tim removed a huge oak tree in my back pasture that was hanging over my chicken coop and fence, Tim showed me where he would land the tree and hit the mark within 6". We had Tim and his crew out after buying a 30 year old house with multiple trees touching/overhanging our roof in multiple locations. He walked through with me a few weeks before to talk about the plans and gave me a quote that seemed very reasonable given the amount of work he planned. He then squeezed me into his busy schedule to ensure that the work was done before family came to town. His crew was timely, efficient and very good at what they do. Tim walked around and fine tuned everything and even made sure my girls had "front row seats" to his rigger's work up in the tallest trees. Before leaving, they cleaned it all up, even taking away brush my husband had piled from previous trimming he had done. Tim came to pick up his crew (he came a went a few times during the day to check in) and fine tuned a few more things before leaving. Great group of guys!!! more

We live in Kingwood and have a lot of very large trees in our yard that have not been trimmed in years. A number of branches were overhanging the roofs of the garage and house, which was making me nervous if they ever came down. I met up with Tim and he was very thorough in taking a look at all of our trees and listening to what my primary concerns were. Tim listened and we formulated a multi-phased plan to address both the immediate concern areas and the longer-term health and beautification of all the trees. I really enjoyed discussing things with him and he is very appreciative of budgets and costs that homeowners can tolerate. TNT performed the work as-promised, arriving on time and completing all the work in one day. One thing that really struck me was the cleanup, you would be hard pressed to tell that tree pruning and removal had been done that day, the area where they worked was cleaner than when they started. Attention to detail is very big in my book, and it shows through not only in that but the safe and beautiful work that Tim and his crew did on the trees. We literally feel like our backyard has transformed itself from an overgrown jungle to an arboretum. Absolutely stunning. Also, I was not home when the work was performed. Tim actually called me later in the evening to check on what I thought. That is great follow-up customer service. I hadn't had the maple tree in my backyard trimmed in years and knew it was time to have it serviced. I had checked some reviews of local companies, since the last two companies I had service with were either too expensive or weren't knowledgeable enough about what they were doing. I found some recommendations for Tim and decided to get a quote from him. His quote was excellent and he also explained to me his recommendations for how the tree should be trimmed and why. He arrived on appointment day on time and did such a wonderful job on the tree that my even my wife noticed. She is such a hard person to please, so if she would actually state that she was happy with the service, I knew it was good! Tim even trimmed up my crape myrtles and cut a fruit tree of mine as a bonus. I cannot recommend this tree service enough. The customer service was excellent from day one, the price was more than fair, and the job site was completely cleaned up afterward. Will definitely recommend and use again! more

TNT Tree Service was awesome, and I've already recommended them to other. They were very good, and they knew what they were doing. They obviously had been doing this for a long time, and they had a lot of knowledge about what they were doing and kept everything save. Their service was very prompt. They put taking care of me ahead of their own personal things. They did everything seriously and professionally. TNT Tree Service is excellent. Specifically, Tim who works there is a perfectionist when it comes to trimming trees. He has OCD about it in a good way. He was literally climbing in my tree, trimming it for over an hour. We had someone else trim our tree prior to him, and they did not do it correctly. Even a landscaper who came by for another reason commented on what an excellent job Tim did on the tree. Tim also did something out of the contract for us. He noticed another tree that needed trimming, and he trimmed that as well. He is very professional and left everything clean and tidy. He is a true artist when it comes to trimming trees. He sculpts them. It's unusual to find someone who loves his work, and Tim definitely does. Also, he came two weeks ahead of time. He just drove up to our place and asked to do it early, and we were happy to have him do that. more

I found TNT Tree Service in the Yellow Pages, and this was my first experience with them. One of the reasons why I rated them so highly is because they gave me a discount on a tree removal. I have a pine tree 12 feet away from the left side of my above ground pool, and another tree that was only 1 foot away from the pool. They took down both trees without any problems and without damaging the pool. They cleaned up everything afterward. I expected to be charged a premium on the tree closer to the pool, but in reality, they charged me $100 less! That was a really big break and I was very pleased with that. A deliveryman that came by wanted to know about my experience, and after I told him, he was so impressed that he was going to call TNT himself! more

I saw TNT Tree Service doing work down the street, so I stopped to talk with the gentleman there. He seemed very nice, and I had three big trees that needed to be trimmed. It took a couple of days for them to do the work because of weather, but everything turned out really good. They do a good job! more

Met Tim after my neighbor had an appraisal done at their house. I needed a few trees cut close to the house and it needed to be done soon because i was replacing my roof. One of the trees had the top quarter broken off during a wind storm which damaged my roof, and the tree was starting to rot from the top down while overhanging my house. The price he gave me wasn't expected, and I was pleasantly surprised. I went ahead and scheduled the service. I was at work when they came so I didn't get to observe the service. When I got home, I was happy that the job was done and everything was cleaned nicely. Thanks Tim. more

On a Saturday afternoon, our family cat was stuck in a 60ft pine tree. After phone calls to many different tree services, who were all closed on Saturdays, Tim calls back with a friendly, caring voice wanting to help our family get our cat out of the tree. Although they were not working they sent over Johnny, who just happened to be in the area that day. Johnny was so friendly and helpful. After only 20 minutes our cat was safe and sound and in the house for good. The fire department no longer takes these calls and my children were getting frantic.
