TGI Friday's

Every time I go to this location I am reminded of the poor attitudes from the greeters. Today was the last time I try eating at this location. My family of four walked in around 5 on a Saturday evening. We were told 45 minutes wait time. No biggie... At least until my wife made a trip to the restroom and found at least 10 empty tables. She mentioned this to couple we were sitting by who said they were told 15 minutes wait about 30 minutes ago. Then a family of 3 spoke up and said they were told 15 minutes 45 minutes ago. At that point I wanted to know what was going on. After talking to the manager I decided time to leave. There were too many other choices as well as a Chilis nearby. Basically we were told they were in a transition period and are short staffed. Also the greeter is new. I think poor management, lack of training, bad planning, and terrible customer service will do this location in. No wonder they keep shutting down locations. I have always liked their food but my family shouldn t have to deal with people like this. more

The manager was a really rude man. I had a party of 15, and he did not seat us until everyone arrived, and then a few of my friends were not eating, so he came to us in a rude manner and told us all to order or else we had to leave. I was pretty angry, because there were a lot of other people at t he restaurant that weren't eating and he came to us. I will never go here again. more

WE had the best server EVER!! I'm not giving out his/her name because everyone will ask for that person!The selections that were offered were AWESOME, and the server kept us informed, asked if we were doing good, but never came by 'too often'. I've been to other bistros but none like this one! Fantastic Food! Great Service! Low prices! Can it get any better than that? Yes! The workers always have a smile on thier face and i should know because i go there any time i can! You'll Never want to leave when you walk into T.G.I Fridays! Bravo! 5 stars!
