I love Commerce Bank! Aside from having branches almost everywhere in Center City, they are also open seven days a week! On the weekdays, they are open until late in the evening. They do not charge fees to conduct in-bank transactions and the ATMs are conveniently located throughout town. The only drawback is that they are harder to find outside East Coast.
