I am very fortunate to have them providing me support. 2/9/2017

Thomas Fannon has personally come out to the house to investigate concerns that his technicians have identified.. I have had other Heating and air conditioning companies that hat tried to sell me something ever time they came to the house for services. Fannon & Sons have never done this. Matter of fact, they identified services that were not required. I am very fortunate to have them providing me support. more

Would recommend them to anyone! 8/4/2016

They cleaned our oil burning furnace and inspected it prior to our move.Technician came SAME day, was thorough and kind to our handicapped dog. he accidentally left a little oil soot on the stair runner. I left a VM and the owner called me back promptly the next day and sent a fantastic lady to clean the carpet thoroughly. We've used them for years to both service our furnace and purchase our oil. Would recommend them to anyone! more

I've used TJ Fannon for 15 years for HVAC and hot water heater. Do not need fuel oil. Have found them to be knowledgeable & meticulous in repair/replacement, & extremely helpful in an emergency--104 degrees & the a/c goes down or today when the hot water heater burst. Also honest in telling me that my problem with my heat was the thermostat (probably the original in a 50 y.o. house) and to go to Home Depot to replace for $20. I did get a bill for the service call, too, but I expect that. more

GREAT JOB FANNON & SONS! 7/27/2016

Best Heating and A/C company in the DMV! I have gone through my share of Heating and A/C companies and I have never found one as attentive and quick responding as TJ Fannon & Sons. I have had multiple problems with a gas furnace with multiple prior companies. Fannon came, installed and live up to their workmanship. Their service plans are reasonable and they always show when they promise. I am sure they will have the occasional hiccup, but that happens. When it comes down to laying down my hard earned cash for Heating and A/C, Fannon will be first in my book when it comes to quality work, prompt service and knowledgeable technicians! GREAT JOB FANNON & SONS! more

Ever wonder why T J Fannon's has been in business for 125 years. It's because they are a Company with integrity, have competent employees and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I recently needed to replace a wall mounted unit in our 50 year old home. The estimate for the replacement was $4,000. I had a 2nd estimate of $5,600 from a different supplier. The installation was flawless and the bill that I received was $3,595. How often does this happen? Prior to purchasing this home, I required that a new heating and AC system for our home. Fannon's was the contractor and after moving in Fannon's has continued to service our system without hesitation. They are a Five Star Company. more
