Recent Service Call 8/14/2017

Chuck was very professional and thorough in the conversion from propane to natural gas. He was assigned at the last minute due to a scheduling mixup in the office and he came through to get things done. All is working well and I hope to have him next year for my annual maintenance checkup. more

Excellent Thorough Service 6/7/2017

Chuck was prompt, thorough, and meticulous in his work. Our system is somewhat complex, but he took the time to carefully check all the units and point out what to needs to be watched for potential issues in the future. Given the time and work involved I found the bill to be reasonable. I will ask for Chuck again, whether for repair issues or annual maintenance. more

With heating equipment in cold northern Wisconsin, one of the most important things is to have the company selling the equipment stand up for it, by dealing with problems and general maintenance that need to be addressed in the future. After years of experience with Synergy, we know that they do this, and do it well! more
