best service on the Grand Strand 11/8/2017

We have used Swift Services since June 2013 because after living here for 19 years and using another HVAC company, I needed another unit. I called 5 HVAC companies for a bid on a 13 seer Goodman unit. 4 companies responeded same day with pricing and availabilty. Swift was the best price and the most efficient of all the Hvac companies that I contacted. Since that date if I have ever had a problem they were quick to take care of issue. more

Great job servicing our air conditioning/heating unit 11/6/2017

We are very happy with the service Paul gave us with our air conditioning system. He calls when he is on his way and puts boots over his shoes so he doesn't track any dirt into the house. He does a great job explaining what he did. I would highly recommend Swift Services. more

Everything went well with checking unit. 10/27/2017

duct cleaning 10/26/2017

Vitually no dust on the furniture in the past week since the ducts were cleaned. Service Tech did a great job, our vents look like they did when the house was built 14 years ago. Would recommend to anyone. more

Lived up to their name today 10/24/2017

When my unit went down I gave them a call, unfortunately I had to wait over the weekend for the replacement and we had a medical emergency, by Monday afternoon the unit was in and no real interruption to what we had going on, save to get the new one in. Good job! Thanks for the consideration of what was happening. more

However, the repair part was not in stock and a quick fix was to bypass the breaker until the part could be obtained. Today is Tuesday and no part yet or call to let me know when it will be. Do not like having a system with a breaker, safety shut off, bypassed. more

Lack of prep 10/24/2017

When coming to a home for the yearly service you should have a record of what is needed BEFORE coming. This is the second time service showed up without a filter or UV bulbs. This is so inefficient because you have to make 2 or3 visits to complete a job that should require only one. Very disappointed in that service had no idea of what was in my system more

Terrific Company for A/C / Heating systems 10/11/2017

I have nothing but good things to say about Swift Services. I have been a customer of them since they took over the for the original company who installed the A/C/Heat systems in Hidden Lakes Village in Little River. And when I moved to Coquina Harbour in Little River I decided to use them to replace an 18 year old system which was the original system in our Condo. They replaced both the outside and Inside units with a new system which has proven to be very economical. We have been very satisfied with all of the technicians that we have dealt with regarding Spring and Fall preventive maintenance inspections. They have been very clean, courteous and mindful of not tracking dirt into the house or condo. I think they are the best on the beach!!!!! more
