Always prompt response and arrive within window of time discussed. Paul is our regular service man and he is the best. He unprofessional and personable. He works diligently and asks questions of his peers if the HVAC gives him a problem; which ours often has thru no fault of his. Couldnt ask for a more attentive service. more

Not fixing the problem. 1/14/2018

While the communications and response are great, the ability to get the job done properly leaves a lot to be desired. We have had to call way too many times for service in the past few months. Twice in January 2018 already, and it's only Jan 14. We just want our unit fixed properly. Each time a technician comes out, we get comments that the previous tech probably caused the issue. I can only believe that is a result of sloppy work, and lack of concentratioon. I have no confidence that our units are now going to continue running properly. more

Very Happy With Swift 1/8/2018

In the last week I had Brad, Tramaine, and Dave all at my house - my HVAC handler needed to be replaced. All three service technicians were skilled, and very professional. I'm thankful that Swift has techs like these gentlemen, and I'm thankful for the great work they did setting us up with a new unit. I've used Swift in the past, and I will use them again in the future for sure. more

I was very pleased with both the customer service reps and the technician. 1/7/2018

The technician called me after his assessment to tell me what he’d found. I appreciate this because I live out of town. I was also impressed with the speed of customer service answering the phone and taking my information because I’m sure there were many other calls of no heat during this cold weather. more

Amazing, quick, thorough - five stars!! 12/14/2017

i couldn't believe how fast the technician came when I called for help with a heating problem. He also fixed my problem quickly and was extremely thorough. He checked my air filters and checked both of my thermostats. He brought in a ladder to make sure heat was blowing from my vents before he left. I was super impressed with this service visit all the way around! more

Great service 12/12/2017

Recently had travel issues based on weather. Was desperate to get a tech out to perform service on unit. The office was fantastic in helping out. Arnie told me they were booked through January and when I explained to her my situation she said she would call me back in an hour. True to her word she didi and had a tech stop that afternoon. She was very helpful as is all the office staff. Paul arrived within the time frame is was given and was great. Explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the service this company provides, I have been with them since 2010 when i bought my home and signed up with them for another year. Excellent customer service. more
