I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Mann for 5 years. I have no issues with him or his nurses. However, I am UAW 218 from Bell Helicopter and while out on strike the ignorant/rude ladies at the front office refused to file a claim to my Strike assistance insurance which covered 100%. They required an upfront payment and you handle the claim. Something you do not want to hear while supporting our union brothers and sisters and standing strong. I quote, "We do not want to have to track down any money if something were to happen." My bill was $154 for my daughter. I have since gone to another clinic and showed my insurance card and they immediately knew everything about the insurance and said "yes we have no problem submitting a claim, we have done several already and have received 100% coverage." I transferred my children immediately and will no longer step foot in a Cook Children's Clinic again. To my Union brothers and sisters from every membership, we must STAND STRONG amongst the ANTI-UNION. more

I am using Dr. Mann at Cooks Childrens and we love him. He gives you the time to sit and talk to you rather than rush you through his office. He is down to earth and listens to you and your child. My children feel comfortable going there and never cry when I say it's time to go to the doctor. The staff is great, and his office and waiting areas are neatly decorated. I never wait long, and can always get in when I need to. more
