Steer Clear 11/27/2017

Dr.Frankin is one of the most unprofessional and inaccurate doctors I have ever met. Provides very poor care and seems disinterested. His body language is kind of strange and almost inappropriate. Kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, but after a few years realized its not just "a bad day", just a bad doctor. more

I believe that Dr. Franklin is one of top pediatricians in the Seattle area. He is not only intelligent and very well trained, but he take the time to listen to my concern and get to know my children. Unlike Pediatric Associates where you might see a different physician each time Dr. Franklin makes a point of seeing you in a timely fashion and treating you as if you were in a boutique practice. more

Dr. Kumasaka has the friendliest bed-side manner of any doctor I've ever met, hands down. He is extremely kid friendly, evidenced by how kids easily warm up to him. He is very patient and is great at explaining medical jargon in layman's terms. His very laid back nature instantly puts you and your child at ease. Everyone I know with babies, loves Dr. Kumasaka although it's very hard to get him as your primary doctor since he has such a full patient load. But sometimes you luck out and he's on call when you need an appt that day (at Swedish's West Seattle Children's Clinic). more

Excellent, thorough pedi! 7/7/2005

I highly highly recommend Dr. Franklin, a pedi at Swedish's West Seattle Children's Clinic. When asking around for recommendations, this clinic kept popping up. I had a consultation with Dr Franklin before my baby was born and instantly liked him. He is a very thorough pedi who never makes you feel rushed or like you're asking a ridiculous question. I have been thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend Dr. Franklin. more
