SAAS Does It Again...Great Service 8/27/2011

I first came to SAAS last winter when my car broke down and the local shops in my area were determined to rip me off. SAAS did a great job then, and they did a great job again this past week when my car needed major work. Fair and reasonable prices, friendly people, and great customer service. When they realized my car would take longer than originally planned, they arranged for a rental car for me so I could go about my business. Once again, I was blown away by the level of service. \r \r I drive a 1991 Volvo, and the techs at SAAS went out of their way to get my car road-ready for the upcoming school year. I can now make the commute to school each day with total peace of mind. \r Thank you, SAAS! more

I have taken cars here for years - honest & trustworthy 5/31/2011

I've been taking cars to Swedish Asian for so long I can't even remeber how many they have serviced for me. They are exceptional. I often claim that service is a dying art - but NOT at SAAS. They call to tell me exactly what my car needs, they don't do things it doesn't need. I will take my cars here as long as they are in business. You can't go wrong with these guys working on your car. more

Absolutely the best service!!! 5/23/2011

I read an article about SAAS in the local newspaper. I have been bringing my car to them ever since. They are honest, friendly, have the best ever service and shuttle service either to/from your job or home. I won't take my '97 Volvo 850 anywhere else.\r \r I had taken my car in last week for a major repair that was needed. On Saturday, my car didn't want to start. I did get it started but the check engine light came on. Monday morning when I called, John said bring it in. The car started right up and when I arrived, he checked for the code. It pulled a crank shank code. John reset it, said let's wait and see. He popped the hood, and looked at the crank shaft, said it looked good. No charge. So I happily left for a job fair. I have a "know it all" neighbor who thinks I am being ripped off because the prices are high. He probably still won't believe me when I say these guys are great, they stand behind their work and Volvos are expensive to fix. But he traded in a Lexus tha more

Personal service and attention. 4/20/2011

They are always friendly and helpful. The only ones who I will let repair and service my Toyota 4Runner and Volvo S70. They know my daughters drive these cars and I trust their judgment when they tell me what needs to be fixed now and what should be to repaired in the future. more

They have been my one and only mechanics for both my volvo's 4/19/2011

I've been going to them for years now. Steve, Jon and Tim are a great bunch of guys. Very nice and funny. They all take pride in what they do and in the shop. They give it to you straight and don't go overboard, doing only what is necessary. My first volvo has over 300,000 miles and i hope to get that much out of my second. more

I've been a customer for 21 years for a good reason 4/16/2011

I found Swedish Asian auto back when I owned a Volvo. A client of mine told me that her family had been a customer and that once I had my car serviced here I'd never go back to the dealer for service. I'm on my third Volvo and we just purchased a Honda and guess who just went through the Honda for us to do a pre-purchase inspection? Of course Swedish Asian did. Where else can you go for auto service and deal with the same great crew for years and years. Not many places. These guys are like family!!! We actually enjoy going her to see everyone and talk about cars! more

Great work, prices, customer service 4/1/2011

We've been taking 4 cars to Swedish Asian for years, and we've never been dissatisfied with the work done or with prices. We can't say the same for any dealers we've dealt with. Swedish Asian apparently is successful for all the right reasons -- good work, customer service, etc. They don't do work that's not needed. The work they do is first rate. Great customer service -- real people who are friendly because they're friendly, not because they're trying to manipulate you. They've helped us sell cars (getting us more money than we thought we would get) and have helped us buy cars (getting us great deals). We haven't had a single complaint over all the years we've been taking our cars to SA. Lots to be happy about, though. We wouldn't consider taking our cars anywhere else. more

GREAT SHOP!!!! 3/28/2011

Who loves to go to their mechanic? I DO! I've been taking my cars to SAAS for around 15 years. I like my cars to last a long time and SAAS makes sure they do. Steve, John, Tim, Jane and the crew are honest, have INTEGRITY, and truly care about their business and their customers. They have both-ways shuttle service (what's up with dealers who will take you to work but not pick you up at the end of the day??) On only 2 occasions did my repair go into a 2nd day, and both times SAAS paid for a rental for me. They know cars, expain whatever problems my car is having, and give me repair options. I enrolled in their lifetime oil change service (now $299) which gets me a free oil change and inspection every 3000 miles for the life of the car (and it transfers to a new owner, too). Their prices are reasonable, well below dealers, and I know I am getting good, fair work done (priceless!) They also send informational e-newsletters with discount coupons. Swedish Asian Auto Service is excellent! 3/8/2011

Swedish Asian Auto Service are very responsive to my calls and very accommodating to my schedule. They are usually able to get me in the next day. They also offer a handy shuttle service to take customers wherever they need to go. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable about what they're doing. They really take the time to explain, in a way that I understand, what's going on, what they plan on doing and why. I have been very pleased with the quality jobs they've done. I would recommend everyone to use John and the boys at Swedish Asian Auto. 2/23/2011

I have been using Swedish Asian Auto Service for probably 6 or 7 years for my Volvo 850 and my Honda Accord. The guys are honest and trustworthy. I use them for all my auto maintenance. I own a lifetime oil change with them, which I highly recommend for anyone who drives a lot. Their service is probably about 40 less expensive than the dealer with the same quality of parts and repairs. The personal service is better as well. more

Awesome Service and Friendly Staff 2/17/2011

I've been taking my 2003 Nissan 350Z to SAAS since 2006. It started with a brake job and I've been returning because I have found everyone at SAAS to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I also like that they are a family owned business. Most of all, I trust them and know that they will be honest with me about what is really needed to maintain my vehicle. Being a single lady, that is very important. Thank you SAAS! more

Peace of Mind 1/30/2011

This place is awesome. I used to leave car repair places uncertain about the quality and necessity of the work. I have never had that feeling with Swedish Asian Auto Service. Steve and John are straightforward and when they tell you a repair is needed, you can trust them. They will tell you what repairs are needed immediately and what ones you can wait on. I have recommended Swedish Asian Auto Service to many friends and they have all thanked me for the referral. more
