Good service and selection 7/21/2006

After going to over a dozen bridal shops in Redding, Sacramento, Reno and Chico...I really like this shop. Has a good selection...comparable to shops in larger cities. The girls were very helpful and not pushy at all. I was given just the right amount of attention and help. No one was "snooty". Very down to earth. Good experience and prices. more

Good Selection -- willing to deal 3/22/2006

This bridal salon has a very nice selection of gowns and bridesmaid dresses. However it was very difficult to sort through their selections due to how the store is arranged. It leaves very little room to be able to pull the dresses out and actually be able to see them. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received in the beginning. No matter how it was phrased the sales person kept ignoring my budget and would try to convince me to spend more than I could afford on a dress. The owner or manager (I'm not sure which) did come out and help me after I got very irritated with the situation and wanted to leave. She ended up making everything good for my frustration and found me a beautiful dress which I adore! more
