The entire staff is friendly, patient and truly caring of the health and well-being of their patients. I am always greeted with a smile and the sincere inquiry of how I am doing. Both Dr. Shih and P.A Jennifer are personable and never make my time with them feel rushed or unimportant. Dr. Shih is extremely thorough and sees beyond the particular reason for my visit. He always addresses my immediate issue and any other potential issues or side effects.\r more

I always wondered why Dr. Shih always asked so many questions at every visit. It was unlike any other doctor I’ve had. I was always disappointed to feel cattle herded at other medical offices. I felt like I was just a number with paying insurance. Dr. Shih never treated me like such. I recently looked up do vs. Dr and it explained all his many questions he asks. I appreciate his knowledge and investigative skills. He truly wants to get to the source and will invest his time to do so. Not a common in this field anymore. more

I've been going here for 6 years and have always had a good experience. You can actulally talk to the doctors and Dr.Shih is really down to earth. The staff is by far the friendliest I've worked with. I really trust them. more

My family will not be going to this practice again. We have been there only a handful of times, but after we were called back to the small waiting room, we waited anywhere from 25 to 75 minutes before being seen. Very unprofessional. I have even had to leave during a couple of visits because they were running so far behind in their schedule for the day (and this last time, I was the first appointment)! The office staff is nice, but unprofessional in my opinion. more

Nice staff, especally the office staff. Doctor is very thorough and when I have questions he actually answers them in depth. You might have to wait a little bit but its definitely worth it because he makes sure he's covered all the bases. We couldnt pay the entire bill becaue my insurance has a hight deductilbe, but they let me pay in 3 payments which helped. more

We are so glad to have found a doctor who takes time with us, and is thorough. My husband had a terrible case of shingles and Dr. Shih knew just what to do to relieve the symptoms. His staff is so friendly and and accommodating. I just wish we had found him years ago. Definitely recommend him.\r more

Dr. Shihh has been handling my family for a few years and seems to take care of everything. Isn't as personable as an family doctor should be. He know's his stuff and his staff is well organized for the size of the practice. Pros: cheap Cons: long waits, generic more

My entire family goes to this office and we are treated like family. The staff is great and the doctors always help us. We've been treated right and always get taken care of byt he staff. it's great to be able to take the kids to the same office as me and my wife. They're open on Saturdays too. This doctor is not recommended at all!!! He gave me many the wrong medicine and i had strep for 2 1/2 weeks after seeing him! I was also over charged. I had to pay a co pay of $218 with insurance! It took many phone calls and about a month to get my money back. I also had to go to the clinic to get the checks because the people the are so stupid that they couldn't mail me my check, when they said they did. Pros: NONE!!! Cons: The staff is inefficient more

I stopped in to see the doctor since I was out of town on business and I was having a hard time getting my primary on the phone. Dr. Shih's office staff was prompt and courteous. They acknowleged that they were pretty busy and there might be a bit of a wait. I actuality, it was less than 30 minutes until the nurse brought me into the exam room. After a relatively short wait, the doctor came in and walked through my history and started to try to determine what was going on now. I had a fever, felt achy and flu like, but had no cold or cough. Since it had only been a day or two, I was concerned that it would get worse. Dr. Shih did the usual poking and prodding, took a a nasal swab and throat culture and asked if I had the time to wait for the results which would be as much as another half an hour. Once he ruled out flu and strep, he suggested it could be pneumonia. They also did additional lab draws and a chest X-ray. Since I had business in the area the next day, he asked if I would call back to confirm results, but in the mean time prescribed antibotic treatment. At this point I was feeling beyond lousy, so I was happy with any activity that would make me feel better. I neglected to call back the next day. The day after that, he called me to find out how I was doing and confirm the pneumonia diagnosis. At that point, I was already feeling 110% better. I actually think he did a better job that my primary back home. Overall, a very superior experience, especially for an urgent care type facility that made time for me in an already busy schedule. more

I would not recommend this osteopath. He prescribed meds for estrogen replacement and osteoporosis that have since been taken off the market (which I did not take after reading the side-effects). When he did the internal exam after the pap smear it was extremely painful (and I've never had a painful experience with this in my life), and I was bleeding afterwards. I got the impression that he did not know what he was doing and have been afraid to go to another physician for one since that time. He & the nurse left me in the exam room without saying a word, and I assumed the exam was over and got dressed, went to the front desk to see if that was all, and left. Later I received a phone call from the nurse saying that I wasn't supposed to have left, that they hadn't 'finished' with me. This is an unprofessional office. Cons: Incompetent, Unprofessional more

Everything after the waiting room was a complete nightmare. Dr. Shih was arrogant and condescending. He criticized me for calling my General Practitioner my "regular doctor" & proceeded to "educate" me on why I was wrong. He said I needed to be "acquainted with reality" when I complained about another ailment. He basically refused to provide the alignment that I went in for, & did something else that I told him felt worse - but he kept doing it. Im still in pain. In the middle of my visit - after I waited in the exam room for an hour - he opened the door, went out to talk with someone while the door was open, then had the nerve to come back & tell me to "wait a few minutes" while he tended to another patient. At that point, I got up, demanded my money back, & left. more
