Review content:
Everything after the waiting room was a complete nightmare. Dr. Shih was arrogant and condescending. He criticized me for calling my General Practitioner my "regular doctor" & proceeded to "educate" me on why I was wrong. He said I needed to be "acquainted with reality" when I complained about another ailment. He basically refused to provide the alignment that I went in for, & did something else that I told him felt worse - but he kept doing it. Im still in pain. In the middle of my visit - after I waited in the exam room for an hour - he opened the door, went out to talk with someone while the door was open, then had the nerve to come back & tell me to "wait a few minutes" while he tended to another patient. At that point, I got up, demanded my money back, & left.
