Avoid this place at all costs. The place is overpopulated, the dumpsters are always overflowing. I had a cockroach problem for years that the management didn't seem to care about (even though I kept my apartment spotless). The management is rude and the maintenance people are destructive.\r \r The walls are paper thin and I could hear entire conversations of my neighbors, as well as every single footstep. The apartments are mass-produced garbage: I wouldn't be surprised if they shipped the apartments in from China. \r \r Don't even get me started about moving out. Good luck ever seeing your deposit again. And just wait until they send you an enormous bill for things not even mentioned on the walkthrough. more

If you're looking for a quiet place where you don't hear the neighbors above you this is NOT the place you want. Every time someone walks,opens a drawer, flushes a toilet, takes a shower you will hear it. If you're looking for hot water be prepared to wait 2-3 minutes all the while the water you're wasting you're paying for. If you want to use their so called work out room you have to pay $30 for a keycard...now I have two sets of apt keys I wasn't charged for, why a fee for the keycard? If you want to rent a garage it's not a private garage...you're renting out one half of a two car garage meaning that if you have anything you want to store securely you might want to think twice. Whomever shares the garage has access to your belongings as well. There's a $50/month charge for half the garage or $100 a month for the whole garage. Yes, they will nickle and dime you to death here.The construction of this place is poor at best...walls are thin, sound proofing is non existent. They call these ""luxury"" apartments, I beg to differ. Save your money, these apartments are hardly worth the several hundred dollars a month they charge. Lastly, the median age around here seems to be young adults with not a lot of respect for others. Not a very friendly complex at all. more
