I am so happy with Dr Sutherland, & the girls too, I recommend you any time the subject comes up, it's great that I can send them the link to your website now. I lack a bit of knowledge about the treatment program I'm on (carifree) but that's my own fault for not sitting down to get all the info. The email reminders are AWESOME. I love TDA even tho I hate getting my sensitive teeth touched at all. If I could point out, I remember being shown my own teeth live on the TV, what needs to be done & what can wait, and I TRUST how TDA takes care of me. People complain that they think their dentists do unnecessary work but I've never worried about that with Dr S. more

100% agree with "never a." They're quite expensive and according to their Treatment Coordinator, AnnMary, who by the way is NEVER available and even after multiple messages, doesn't call you back for MONTHS, nothing's ever covered by your insurance...though it indeed is (in my case even Porcelain crowns). Claimed I needed a (non-insurance- covered) expensive deep cleaning - which 2 other dentists confirmed I did not need - and therefore I never even got my bi-annual, insurance-covered cleanings. I argued, hastled and fought with them for over 2 yrs now, just because I believe that I had finally found a knowledgeable & sensible dentist (Dr. Sutherland) & therefore would've wanted to get my work done by him; yet in the meantime the work I need done has extended from needing just new fillings to needing root canals and full crowns on all of the compromised teeth (which of course raised the cost into the thousands!)...all of which could've been prevented if not for their Treatment Coordinator and their "padding" the bill with unnecessary treatments and supposedly non-insurance-covered procedures. (And you'd think they'd be the kindest and most accommodating people in the world after having all of their patients' personal info compromised by having their entire computer system stolen - God knows they make enough $$$ on us to invest in a proper security system?!) Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the Dental Assistant to Dr. Sutherland. I was promised this office would be gentle yet thorough, and they were right. Prices were not much higher than others, and financing was comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, and that say alot for a person who fears Dental appoinments. I?m writing to thank Dr. Sutherland and his staff for the manner in which they handled my dental emergency yesterday. On Wednesday night, one of my Cerec crowns broke while I was eating dinner. I contacted his office after hours on Wednesday evening, and by lunch the next day I had a brand new smile. And it was all paid for under their lifetime warranty for my Cerec crowns. As far as I?m concerned, that is service second-to-none, and it is sincerely appreciated. My thanks to their team, with special thanks to Hana and Gary for their beautiful job on the replacement. And thanks as well for the artistic modifications that were made. I?m very pleased with the results. I?ve always been happy to recommend them this office to others, and I will continue to do so.
