Going to Sushi Koy is the highlight of every trip I make out to southern California. It's a small, intimate place where Sushi Chef Jimmy makes the best sushi I've ever had (and I've eaten A LOT of sushi!). He has delicious marinades for the fish, artful presentation, and he and his waitstaff are incredibly warm and polite. Try the yellow tail - melts in your mouth! I wouldn't think of going to southern California without stopping by Suishi Koy for an excellent meal.
