Didn't even go. I called her to get a price on a service and she acted like I was wasting her time. She sounded pissed off and was short with me. She made comments like, "if you had been a long-time customer, I would've only charged you $10, but since you've never come here before you have to pay $15 for it." WTF? Don't say that kind of stuff to potential customers. AND I don't care if the person in front of you just cussed you out, you better be nice in the phone to someone who is trying to put money in your pocket! more

A groomer for Clayson 2/12/2011

Hello and how are you. I have a ckc reg male cocker spanel that is almost a year old. I have been doing his cuts for a while. But now hes getting where he doesn't want to be still for me. When it comes to his face, ears and the bottom of his feet.\r \r My boyfriend and I don't have alot of money. So who would be the best for the price to do the cut that I need for him? Friendly service, good prices 10/3/2005

I take my dog to Susan's to be groomed. They are always friendly, and I feel secure leaving my puppy there for the day. I know he is being taken care of. The work that they do is very good and I feel it is a good value. I have checked around to other groomers in the area, and their prices do not compare to Susan's. more

We treat your pet like OUR pet, pamper and love them! We offer full service grooming and do not use tranquilizers. Bring your pet to us for a family experience, where the pets ALWAYS come first! Our hours are from Tues- Friday 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Mondays we are open around the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Sorry, no cats.
