Surfside Sports

Every time I go to this shop they have legit gear... Stacked to the brim. Prices are standard. Merchandising is solid. Unfortunately, the past couple of times I have visited (and made a purchase) I have run into some lazy customer service and unattentive employees that pass eachother off to get the customer's question answered. Even just to get into a dressing room, and that is common at times in a bigger shop. No problem...\r \r This time my girlfriend needed some new lowlight lenses for her goggles before we took a trip up to Tahoe. I suggested hitting up Surfside. When we arrived we were greeted by about 2 or 3 employees at the cash wrap. We continued to the back of the store (unnoticed) where the display of goggles are displayed on the back wall. I needed a beanie so I walked back towards the cash wrap where the beanies were and told the employees that my girlfriend also needed help with goggle lenses... They all looked at eachother like, who's gonna do it... A guy left the cashwrap more

And fast! I ordered a pair of snowboard bindings from the website. They had the best selection and the cheapest prices. I am very impatient, so i emailed them 2 days after i placed the order to see if they had any tracking info on my order. I was impressed when i got an email back from them in 6 minutes (YES 6 MINUTES!). But what i was even more impressed with is that when i checked on the status or my delivery with the tracking info they gave me, my bindings were sitting at my front door waiting for me. I cant praise them enough here. I did not purchase next day or 2-day shipping either. This was regular free shipping, and i got them in 2 days. Did i mention that i live in PA? I just cant say enough. I will be a customer for life. Good work Surfside Sports! more

Surfside sports is Costa Mesa carries one of the largest selections of skateboards and snowboards in the area. They also have a great selection of apparel-Burton, Quiksilver, Volcom, Granade, and Roxy just to name a few. more

Surfside is an awesome store to visit for your sporting good needs. They mostly have beach related sports. One thing i get there that I particularly like are their socks. They also have a huge variety of brands the T-Shirts are very cool. more

I think the selection here is great and the prices are affordable. The location is convenient if you live down in Newport Beach and the service is fast and efficient. more

Surfside has always been one of my husband's favorite surfshops. He recently bought a new short board there, and will continue to buy boards from their experienced staff. Surfside not only sells boards and other action sport equipment, but they have a great selection of clothing for guys and girls. You can even order from their website. The prices are great and it's only feet way from the beach! more

They started as a surf shop, but now, in addition to all that merchandise, they include snowboards, skateboards, skimboards, boogie boards and all the associated paraphenalia. Their surfboard stock has suffered a little as a result, but I guess that's why you should go direct to a shaper for your board. more
