Supreme Surface installed the granite countertop in our kitchen in the uba tuba color style, which is a black speckled granite. They sent in someone to template before the countertop installation, which is a very accurate measurement using lasers, and this gets the exact contour. When the granite countertop came in and it was installed, it was a perfect fit and it looked awesome in our kitchen. Part of the installation included accent lighting under the kitchen cabinets that is controlled by touch. This is a standard part of the installation, not an extra. They wired the lights to look discreet and they really make the granite look beautiful when they are turned on. The package also included a high quality modern-looking Delta Faucet. The next day, Supreme surface came back and installed a slate backsplash with pieces of granite of the same uba tuba that was in the countertop. That made it look even more beautiful. Supreme Surface also remodeled our bathroom upstairs 5 years ago, and they are always so professional and courteous. When they make an appointment, from initial consultation, templating, and then actual installation, they are very punctual. Their pricing is also competitive with the other granite countertop installers, especially considering they have the best quality. My neighbors across the street and to our left used Supreme Surface for their kitchen remodeling projects and we have admired their kitchens for some time. So, this was our turn at kitchen remodeling and we are very happy. more

We had granite counters installed with a tiled backsplash, along with lighting, sink and a faucet. From the first phone call I found them to be very professional and helpful. I called two other companies for an estimate and they just wanted me to send in a drawing. Supreme Surfaces said that it would be better to have someone come out to my home to see my existing counter tops and to assist with the design. Phyllis came out and made some suggestions and really helped my wife and I feel confident. The template guy double checked everything and the install crew was great and cleaned up. One of the lights went out and they sent a guy to repair it the next day! more

Had granite countertops put in, the installer chipped it, then fixed it and said it would be fine. A year later the piece came off, called the company, and said it was out fault not theirs. The owner hung the phone up on me when I asked why she wouldn't stand behind a product of theirs. This is why people should go to Home Depot or Lowes, they stand behind everything. Nothing you can do but be stuck with a $5,000 new countertop with a chip out of it from the installer!!!\r more
