Bad Business 3/17/2011

Pawned some blu-ray discs there and when I picked them up 3 were missing. I called Superpawn to notify them that I was missing 3 of my blu-rays and they said they had no way to prove that someone had taken them from the store. Superpawn management really needs to look into the way the employees are handling our belongings.I will never go there again! more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 1/30/2009

I needed help paying some bills, so I took my jewelry to Super Pawn to get a loan. They were very insensitive, and rude. I'm down and out, having a hard time, and all they could do was make me feel even lower. I then took my jewelry to another pawn shop, The Pawn Man, they were absolutely wonderful! They had much more knowledge, and were so nice to me. I'll take my business to them from now on! more
