Pablo was AWESOME! He showed up on time and was very professional. I own a construction company and I was very impressed how Pablo explained what the problem was on my AC as well as some future things I should fix on my heating system so I am not left in the cold come winter time. Pablo had me fixed up within 2 hours time. Even fixed a annoying sound my Heater made after another company had done a not so great job. Keep in mind they were at my house for AC repair. They definitely have the right name for there company. This a 10 star out of a possible 5 star company. Thank You! Dave Garcia more

I used home advisor and was able to get a lot of quotes but these guys came in with the best price for the system that I was looking for. I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. The guys that came to do the job were friendly and polite. They were able to work with me on an alternative drain for the over flow for the coils. While the work was being done they kept the area clean and always paid attention to where my kids were for safety reasons. They used shoe covers when they were not walking around on the drop cloth. I would recommend these guys for any heating and cooling service that needs to be done. more

So impressed with the staff and this company! They installed central heating in my 100 year old craftsman home with care. Pablo, the lead, with support from Chris, and Mike were extremely competent, careful, and the BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with ANY installation in my home. My appointment today was from 9am-12N to get a new heater installed. Mike and Pablo arrived 10 min early and stayed until 3:30 PM to get the job done today. They did an excellent job, explained everything to me along the way, and cleaned up afterwards. They crawled under the house and inspected my air ducts, determined what was needed and went to get the right parts, returned promptly, and were cheerful and polite all day. They were the epitome of excellent service! more

I am a contractor, my business is known for our quality and personalized service, so I make these comments with a high expectations. Superior Mechanical is outstanding. I needed a water heater replaced it began leaking over the weekend, I contacted Laura and she responded right away. Monday morning, Jerry called me to do an estimate over the phone and had me scheduled as soon as I wanted. The best part is that Carlos did an amazingly high quality job, everything was not only to code, but very clean, tidy and efficient. Superior gave me great service, quality and an incredible value. I am going to have them do more work for me. more

I was very much satisfied and was treated professionally by everyone I dealt with, Joe Enos is the greatest, he got everthing put in play immediately. I appreciate the HEAT we have tonight, the gentlemen that did the work, are a great asset to your company. I was very satisfied with the service that the superior Mechanical technician, Bob Borbon, provided me. I was patient enough to program the thermostat and explain me how to do it. Also, since the thermostat was not covered by the warranty, management at Superior were kind enough to provide me with a courtesy warranty free of charge. We had Superior install a gas fireplace insert, including the gas line to the fireplace. The work was done at a stellar caliber, and the crew was professional and very tidy, and pleasant to be around. We ran into some unplanned obstacles due to the age of our house, and the crew was really able to think on their feet, work with me to come up with a good solution, and complete the job. I am very satisfied with the results. more

I would recommend them. 11/23/2011

Superior Mechanical Services put in my furnace 3 years ago. A couple of weeks ago it stopped working. I called them, and they got somebody out here that day to look at it, and they had it fixed the next day. If anybody I know is looking to have a furnace put in, I would recommend Superior Mechanical Services. more

They do regular maintenance and emergency service, and I would recommend them. 5/4/2011

I'm the property chair at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Walnut Creek, and we have Super Mechanical Services come out on a regular basis to take care of the regular maintenance. On occasion, we have heaters or air conditioners go out, and they take care of that too. I would recommend them. Jim Bell, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Walnut Creek. more

Timely and effective. 4/27/2011

Superior Mechanical used to have their business close to where I have rentals. They came out several times and helped me with heating problems, and they did a good job. Every time they came right over when they were supposed to, they did the job, and everything was okay afterwards. more
