New garage doors make a bigger difference than you think! 8/7/2012

Wow! We did our own version of Extreme Home Makeover this summer and we got new windows, exterior paint and new garage doors. We were not expecting the best and biggest change to be the garage doors. They just pop, and having new metal doors vs. our old rotted wood ones makes a huge difference. Thank you so much to Superior Door Service! \r \r They did an amazing job helping us pick out the doors, and installing everything smoothly without disrupting our home or our work day. I never thought I would get excited about garage doors, but they really added the curb appeal we wanted. It was a fantastic investment. more

Superior Door Service Inc. did have a little issue because I have an older garage. The first guy who came in did tell me he had trouble and called management. Unfortunately, we had a cross-situation and my neighbor had a remote control for his car, and when he used it, my garage door started coming up. I called Superior back because the door would open in the evenings. I felt a lack of security. They got somebody out that day. Another guy came and he did have to call the actual company of the garage door. He went back through Superior Door Service and solved the problem. Now everything's perfect! When somebody takes the time and shows the interest, the majority of people just want others to respond and make a valid effort to help them. Everyone I spoke with in Superior Door Service Inc. was exemplary. Nobody tried to sell me anything and repaired the door in a way I could afford. I think they were swell! I wanted a wireless entry and he said I have a new transmitter and that he could ship out the equipment to my house. I would truly recommend Superior Door Service! more

No muss, no fuss! 8/23/2011

One of our garage door openers failed, it was nineteen years old, so I called Superior Door Service to fix it. Unfortunately, it was something that couldn't be fixed. The technician who came out reviewed with me what my options were. I decided on the old screwdriver ones like the one I'd had before. About two days later, the tech came back out with the new remotes. He did his thing and worked quickly. The next day, I had some trouble with one of the remotes. He came back out, no problem, and took care of it. I am very happy with their service. Everything went smoothly and professionally. I have a long history with Superior Door Service, about twenty years or so. They have always provided excellent service. This is a company who knows that their business is serving their customers, and they do it well! more

Responsive to their customers! 7/21/2011

We had a garage door go out and we weren't able to use it. We called Superior Door Service and they arrived within an hour to fix it. They had it repaired in one hour. It was great! They have helped us out a lot over time, from repairing and un-jamming our opener to re-programming the code for us! They are always very responsive and make themselves available to their customers, even on holidays and weekends. If you ever have an issue, they're the ones to call! more

The technician arrived shortly after the call from the office and worked very efficiently The technician lubricated and inspected the overhead door channels, rollers, and drive mechanism after installing the seals on the bottom of the door. The young man was very pleasant to deal with. All scraps were removed from the site by the technician. more

Superior Door Service is awesome! They put in seven garage doors for me, as I have a seven car garage, and they put those seven garage doors in perfect. I had a ding in one garage door, and they had it fixed within a short amount of time. They put a new panel in, and they never argues about it. I've never had a bad experience with them. I was worried at first because I found that dent thirty days after they installed it, but when I noticed it they came out and fixed it, no questions asked. They had the door put back together and it looked perfect! Of the seven garage doors they had hung for me, all the door openers were perfect except for one that I had an issue with. The garage door did not want to go down, but Superior Door Service figured it out in no more than twenty minutes. I couldn't believe they did it! They had found that it was sunlight breaking the safety beams, so they reversed them and fixed it. They're awesome! And they never charged me for any it. They're a great company. Mike Smith more

Really great people providing excellent customer service! 6/22/2011

We will be customers of Superior Door Service for the rest of our lives! We first used them to help when our garage door wouldn't open. My husband is handicap and I needed the door to work for us, and it had stopped working. I called Superior Door, never having used them before, and the boss himself came out to help us. I couldn't believe it! Now that's what I call great customer service. He helped me to get my husband back into the house and then repaired the door for us. Prompt, professional service 6/21/2011

I needed the cabling replaced on a garage door and a friend recommended Superior Door Service. I'm often leery about in-home service contractors, you never know what you're going to get. Superior Door's technician showed up on time, was courteous, and completed the work quickly. The door has been working like a charm ever since. An Accurate Review of Our Experience 7/15/2010

We called Superior door immediately on a Thursday, July 8, 2010 when we noticed our garage door opening, and then slightly sagging about 6 inches or so. We thought the problem was our Genie Model 401 opener. The technician came out the next day, Friday, July 9, 2010 and diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He fixed the torsion spring and I had him replace both springs so that they were the same age. He used a screw driver short out the terminals to raise and lower the door multiple times instead of using our Genie garage door opener remote. Let me be clear that we did not have a problem opening or closing our garage door with the opener before Superior ?fixed? our door ? only the slight lowering due to the broken spring as diagnosed by the technician. The problems with our opener started immediately after his fix. Before he left, I told him that the door would not open or close all the way and observed it stopped and starting without fully opening or closing. He again more
