They Do Give Superior Service 6/7/2016

Was a Genie garage door opener owner with a problem door that wouldn't go down in bright sunshine. Have owned this door for 7 years and never had the problem before. Overhead Door made a service call and told me it was the sunshine causing the problem and they couldn't fix it. Called Superior based on a recommendation from a realtor friend at Better Homes and Gardens. That was the best move I made. They tirelessly sought to solve the problem. I am now the proud owner of a Lift Master opener and it operates flawlessly in the sunshine. more

Superior Performance With Added Value 4/27/2016

The springs on the garage door wasn't functionally properly and so I contacted Superior Door Service, Inc. They were pretty booked up however, he got me in during the mid day - David was on the spot! The replacement springs are working great. I appreciate how he explained to me what happen and how to maintain the garage door. He actually sprayed the wheels down with some lubrication. I appreciate how he didn't change up the prices - I paid exactly what he quoted me. I am impressed with their expertise and craftsmanship. I would recommend them. more

Great quality and fantastic service 4/19/2016

We hired Superior Door Service to install a new garage door for us and everything went well. The installer came on time and he was done within a few hours. We love the look of our new garage door and they do really good work. It was a little expensive, but the quality of our door was worth the cost. In the three years that we've had the garage door, we haven't had to call them to repair it. more

They've taken care of us for years and now when it was time to get new doors we were treated like royalty by Jason. Gave me a great education on the ins and outs of possible options and they were installed today. Marvelous job and they work perfectly. He's a real gent. more

Very good 10/27/2015

Superior Door Service, Inc installed a garage door three years ago, and I've had no problems with it. At that time the salesman was Joe and I liked him, he was a good guy. I also liked the guys who came out and thought they did a good job. They were all courteous, professional, and knew their job. They really wanted everything to be just right for me. The gal in the office is also great. They used to have a coupon that was $10.00 for a new plastic clicker, but when I called they wanted $250 for one. I didn't like that and I'm hoping they will honor that coupon. more

Great customer service, highly recommend! 6/30/2015

The torsion spring on my garage broke. The company that installed the door could not fit the repair into their schedule for a few days, so I was referred to Superior Door Service, Inc.. I called them and they were able to fit me in by the next morning. The repair technician was nice, courteous, and professional. Everyone I dealt with was awesome and I was very impressed by their customer service. I highly recommend Superior Door Service, Inc. for reasonable prices and quick service. more

Garage Door Springs Replaced 6/9/2015

One of our springs snapped last night. The company we used to use went out of business and we are leery to try new places. But Superior gave us a quote. They came out and gave same day service. The quote was exactly what was charged. No up charges or gimmicks. Superior (Norman), thanks for the great service! We are definitely recommending to others. more

If I had to buy another one, I'd buy one from Superior Door Service 5/15/2015

I called up Superior Door Service about a garage door and they came out the next day. They wrote it up and said it'd take about two weeks, which it did. They arrived to install it, did so quickly, and they were done and gone. They gave me a good estimate, met it, and cleaned up after themselves. It's a wonderful garage door. more

This past week Superior replaced both of my garage door openers, The technician that performed the work was meticulous and professional. His work ensured my satisfaction. Simply said, I believe the job done for me is how my installer would have wanted the work done at his own home. He was thorough and dedicated to giving me a good experience. When I first called Superior Door to replace a garage door spring, they recommended replacing the door, but didn't push it. Six months later, when my husband finally conceded that we really did need a new door, they were friendly, gave us a fast quote and complete information about options. The installer was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. more

We called superior door to fix our garage door opener because the original home owner used them to install the door (first mistake)\r They were late and did not fix the problem. (They said the door opener probably needs to be replaced- but they did not do that) The owner then would not return my calls and when he finally did he refused to honor the $105 I already spent towards a new garage door opener- which is what they should have done in the first place. So now I am out $105 wasted 2 days (tech came out twice) and my door open is still broken! more

After over 3 years of my Garage Door being in service I have ZERO COMPLAINTS with the final result. I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and the professional installation of a Great Product. "They shot straight then delivered!" (That would be a good and applicable slogan for Superior Door!) I can not think of any purchase I've made of any product or service in memory that I have been more satisfied with or considered a better value for the buck than my Automatic Garage Door Superior! Excellent customer service!! 9/12/2013

Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone!!! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future. Fantastic customer service and an honest reputable business. THANK YOU!!! more

Excellent Customer Service, Superior Product! 7/23/2013

I obtained 3 bids from 3 different companies and I am SO glad we selected Superior Door. The company came recommended by a trusted source, and they were not wrong. With over 20 years in the industry, our salesman, Joe Ruthford, had more extensive knowledge of the door systems and openers than anyone else with whom I had spoken. When it turned out our door opening was an odd size and out of plum, he went out of his way to order a panel which would fit more appropriately, and the door looks like a million dollars. The installation guys were polite, friendly and did a great job picking up every scrap of material created by the installation process. The door we selected was quite a bit thicker than their competitors as well, but the price was still fantastic. In addition to a beautiful new door, they installed a new keypad and repaired our existing opener. I highly recommend Superior Door for your next garage door repair and/or replacement. Kelli B more
