Well, I happen to make it a habit to give web reviews on places I conduct business with for a few reasons: One, to make sure the public gets an objective review of my experience. Two, to let the businesses know that the work they do on my behalf will be REVIEWED, and finally so that the hard earned money I spend more likely will be money well spent when the business owners know I will give a GOOD review on their behalf. With that said, let’s get to the review for my Tint job on my 2002 Mustang. First off, all of the gentlemen starting with Chris were very nice during my experience at their shop. One of them took such a liking to my dog that he brought her out a little bowl of water while petting her. That is always a good sign when a business treats your PET well. The price was very fair for the tint work, and it took a little over an hour to get the job done. If there was anything at all that would deduct from their score being a perfect 5 out of 5 was a minor thing for me: when you register online with the shop you get a $15 dollar discount code that pops up on your screen, but after I was given a quote on the tint of my car (which did NOT include any coupons, codes, etc..), and I mentioned the $15 dollar discount code to him, the gentleman (Chris) told me that the quote INCLUDED the discount- which was never mentioned during the breakdown of the quote (I felt the $15 discount code should have been added after my quote was given), as the $15 dollars off appears to LURE you in……and they requested I pay in CASH…..you could say paying in CASH included the special quote; so I ended up taking my dog for a nice walk down the street to an ATM machine, no big deal. It has been nearly a week, the tint looks great, the job was done professionally, and all the guys at the shop were absolutely as friendly as you could ever want professionals to be. I would give them 4.5 out of 5 stars if I had my own review site (minus .5 for the cash pay requirement/preference on their part). Based on the work I received I would definitely recommend them for tint work. By the way….they were very professional on explaining the tint laws to me and just how dark I could tint my car without the higher possibility of getting pulled over. They even mentioned how they as a TINT shop could be fined for tinting my car too dark and where I could not have tint for that matter- so I appreciated their sincere information and knowledge regarding the Tint laws. I heard about these guys through recommendations. I found a deal with them on Living Social and booked my time to come in an get my windows tinted. The owners were great, straight forward, nice and without any bs. I had a lot of questions and they were patient to answer them all. The work was done when they said and it was. Great job guys. more

I was purchasing a 5 windows tinting voucher on Groupon for the service with Superior Auto. I was told by the manager that the voucher would only cover in the back only since my car's passenger windows had a divided bar. He would count that palm size glass a window and require me to pay an extra of $49 for the front. I said it 's fine and request to leave the 2 palm size glasses blank. The manager said he would have to do the back only. This was totally ripped off. I said ""No way"" and leave that place. I then went to another tint shop and ask for the service, which they didn't charge for extra money. i didn't know how good the service is, but Superior Auto tinting was out of my list. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! more

Wonderful experience! Took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for a tint job and they did an awesome job. Very professional and very friendly. They got the job done exactly at the time they said they would. Would highly recommend Superior Auto Glass. Thank you to Chris and staff .... more

I want to say how outstanding the customer service is at Superior Auto Glass. My mom was on vacation in Las Vegas and needed her windshield replaced before hflying back to Rhode Island. I called Superior Glass explained that my mom was on a road trip and needed the service done in a 4 hour window. They said it was NO problem at all. They said they would stay there until she arrived to get the windshield replaced. Extremely friendly people and willing to work with vacationers from Rhode Island. I recommend them to anyone! more

It goes without saying these days that times are too hard right now to make anyones life any more harder than it already is. Yet sometimes their are those rare occasions when you have to let the truth be known, and this is one of those times. After taking my brand new Lexus fresh off the car lot to get my windows tinted at Superior Auto Glass & Tinting. Sad to say, I was not satisfied, and ended up taking my car back there 4 times to get the poor tint job corrected. Each time I left unsatisfied until I decided I had wasted enough gas going back and fourth to Superior Auto Glass & Tinting. I realized that these guys are not as good as their 4 star Google, Yelp, and Insider pages ratings indicate online regarding ""WINDOW TINTING"". I cant speak for the Auto Glass Installation aspect of their business, but as far as getting your car windows tinted here......""FORGET ABOUT IT"". To date, I have countless air bubbles on every window of my brand new Lexus, and have to get the entire car re-done again. I spent extra money with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting to make sure it was done right, and still came away feeling cheated, and plainly put ""RIPPED OFF"". I might as well gave my $175 bucks to the local Police Charity fund. At least I could of gotten a tax write off instead I got ""RIPPED OFF"" by Superior Auto Glass & Tinting and mislead by in my opinion very mis-leading ratings on google, yelp & insiderpages. I also recognized damage to my rubber sealent around my door frames inside the car, and outside the car. As well as damage to the black moldings surrounding the driver and front passanger side windows outside the car. The 4 times I went back the best thing Chris could of done was refund my money for such a poor job, and damage to my brand new Lexus. That way I could have taken that money to a shop that knew what they were doing, and I would have not taken the time out to post this review. Even though the damange to my car before mention would have still been deserving, and warranted of this review. My Grandfather use to always tell me as a kid growing up many things. One of those things was a quote that rang in my head after this very dissapointing experience with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting.....quote: ""SON ALWAYS REMEMBER, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"" un-quote..... I know this is Vegas, so if you still want to try rolling the dice at getting your windows tinted with Superior Auto Glass & Tinting after reading this review. In my very humble opinion you would be taking the same risk you would take at any of the crap tables here in Vegas. more

I am a woman, and am not interested in cars, rims, or even tint. However, I am interested in value, quality and customer service. All three can best describe my experience at Superior Auto Glass and Tinting. I am more than excited to write this review. Chris Mae, the owner, was such a pleasure to deal with. He made my appointment, called to confirm my appointment and I knew in advance exactly what my price was and how long it would take. When I arrived at his business, he was there waiting for me to personally greet me. He took my car in and it was done in record time, less than what he extimated and the finish was beautiful. He gave me very thorough instuctions about the curing process of the tint and also told me not to roll my windows down and even pressed the window lock button because he knows I have a two-year old who loves to roll downt he windows. Every time I look at my car, I think it looks beautfiul. The tint has a life-time warranty and it was worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend Chris anytime to anyone and I will bring all of my future vehicles there. more

FANTASTIC service, product and price! I cannot express how IMPRESSED I was with Superior Auto Glass! I am sooo tired of being jerked around by automobile service departments. I called around Las Vegas and got a lot of confusion. Many say “bring it in for a quote” or have some type of silicon “quick fix”. I called Chris, he gave me a fantastic quote for a new window…installed! I made an appointment for the next day; called and said I would be two hours late. No problem. Then, I showed up a half an hour later, No problem. He was working on a car when I arrived and another showed up for their appointment. Bob started on my windshield and then Chris jumped in after he finished with the other customer. I was out of there in 40 minutes. He even fixed my side view mirror while he was at it. He also referred me to other mechanics (both high and low end) for my other needs. Should have given them a huge tip! I bought them a diet soda and they were grateful. This is unusual in Vegas. As a defense contractor we will only use Superior Auto Glass for all our automotive glass needs. The workmanship is very professional and they only use OEM glass and provide a lifetime warranty - which is a big plus. The biggest selling point for us was that they are a local small business, family owned and operated. You just cannot get that level of quality, pride and workmanship from a major chain. more

Went into the shop on Sat without an appointment, Chris informed me had another appointment arriving shortly that was his 8am. We arranged for me to come back next week to get my car tinted. As I was driving off the off he was checking his voice mail and waived me down to stop for his 8am appoint canceled. After that his guy put my 15% Tint on a Black BMW. It looks great. Followed Chris's instructions "Don't let the windows down for 2 days and don't worry about the bubbles its part of the process" 2 days later it looks great.
