Ashley, I'm very sorry for your negative experience. At Super Pawn, we know how important it is to treat people with respect, and we strive to make every customer experience a positive one. But unfortunately in the pawn business (and every business) you can't please everyone all the time. I was watching an episode of Pawn Stars once where they stated that even they fail to reach an agreement on price with their customers 75% of the time.\r

Each pawn shop has its own policy concerning what items to accept and how much to pay for those items.....but even taking that into account, it surprises me greatly to hear that another shop in our area would offer over 3 times what we would offer for an item......especially on gold. I know the owner of A1....he was employed in the pawn business by my family before opening his own shop, so again, it surprises me to read those numbers. I feel there must have been a misunderstanding concerning your item, and if the fault was ours, I again apologize.\r

We encourage anyone who is considering selling or pawning their items to shop around before accepting your first offer. Based on the feedback we receive from our customers, we have a very high percentage rate of paying the most for items in the Tri-Cities, and we accept many items for pawn that other shops will not.
