My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Supercars in Salem. While on the test drive, we noticed a grinding in the brakes. The owner John Harrison(guy with a ponytail), said that he had just had new brakes and drums put on the car and that he would have it fixed before we picked it up. After we had the vehicle for about a week, the noise returned. My wife called him and told him that the problem wasn't fixed. We dropped it off and picked it up once we were told it was ready. About a week later, the same problem plus a strut gave out. After trying unsuccessfully to contact John, we went ahead and fixed the struts and shocks which were defective out of our own pocket. After 5 days of leaving messages and calling I finally got a hold of John who became increasingly combative and rude. I told him that I had to buy the struts and shocks and he said I should have called him. When I replied that I had been trying for 5 days, he screams at me ""Listen, I can close my shop and go out of town if I want to! If I wanna close my damn shop for 6 months I can! I don't have to listen to you or anybody!"" The man is trash, plain and simple. Don't make the same mistake we did!
