The vegetables do not look fresh and sometimes, they are moldy or close to being rotten. \r \r Pros: A much wider selection of stuff compared to other Asian stores. \r \r I would recommend shoppers to check the expiry dates carefully before buying them. more

Everything for Asian Cooking 5/13/2008

If you're making pad Thai or curry, Super Cao Nguyen is the place to go to get the best Asian cooking ingredients and the best part is that it's cheap! You'll be amazed at some of the animals parts you'll find there! They also have the best, freshest, cheapest baguette rolls! more

Great Chinease, Eastern Foods 5/6/2005

If you want the odd sauce, 30 lbs of rice, or the freshest seafood in Oklahoma City, this place is for you. If you're not of the ethnic group related to this, the place can be daunting, but it's great to snoop around and find the different sauces, and flavors of the far East. There isn't a lot of help throught the store, and some foods you may not be used to seeing might make you queezey, but go past those. Quickly. Get REAL wasabi, great odd fruits and vegetables, and those hard to find ingredients for oriental dishes from your cookbooks, at great prices. PROS: Giant selection, great prices, interesting place to snoop CONS: A few things that might shock you. more

Its bakery department offers a variety of dishes, including vegetarian curry with sweet potato, mushroom, carrot, Japanese eggplants, desserts and California rolls. The store s kitchen corner has a full selection of kitchen utensils, such as bamboo steamers, rice cookers, sushi wrappers, bamboo skewers, woks and ladles. Its seafood department offers Maine lobsters, Dungeness crabs, Seattle oysters, catfishes, tilapias, red snappers, jack fishes, flounders, milk fishes and groupers.
