The kitchen has never looked better. 6/16/2010

Super Bright Cleaning Service was on time, which is a miracle because most cleaning services I have dealt with are always late. It really was awesome that they were on time. The house was a mess, so they had to work really hard. The service was good. Some stuff got put into weird places, but it is not like they knew where it came from. The kitchen has never looked better. They really got the stove looking like new, which no one else has been able to do. This was our first experience with Super Bright Cleaning Service. They were just really nice. They worked a long time. We should probably have them come out more often. Accommodating and thorough service. 6/14/2010

I have been using Super Bright Cleaning Service for years. They do a very good job. David is good about accommodating last minute calls and having someone come out. I use Super Bright for apartment move-out cleaning and recommend them to everyone. I have never been disappointed. I know that David has had to juggle his schedule around in order to accommodate me, but he has done that with no problems. I use them all the time and recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaner. Super Bright Cleaning Service are normally very good. I have had no major problems with them. They are always on time and they work quickly. They are much quicker than previous cleaning services we have used. They also do a better job and charge less than services we have used in the past. When we were initially looking for a new cleaning service, we called several companies and Super Bright Cleaning Service responded promptly. They quoted us a price and then they actually reduced it. They have their own equipment and chemicals, and they do a good job. After they finish cleaning, their supervisor checks the work. My wife and I really appreciate that. Super Bright Cleaning Service is very good. David, the owner, is around all the time, following up and making sure everything is going well. He has settled on one housekeeper for us, and I like having that consistency. They care. They do a thorough job. If one of their people is running behind, David will sometimes come and pitch in himself, which really impressed me. more

Very dependable, trustworthy, and consistent in their cleaning. 2/17/2010

Super Bright Cleaning Service is consistent and a good value for the price I pay, which is why I have been using them for about 2 to 3 years now. They do general house cleaning for us every other week, and my friend and I constantly comment on how nice it is to come home to a clean house. Also, it is nice to have trust and confidence in the people who come into your home. With Super Bright, I feel that they are trustworthy, safe, and responsible. I have cats that like to try to run out the front door, and the people who come to clean are always careful to make sure my doors are closed when they are bringing stuff in and out. They have never forgotten to do that and I have never had any issues. more

Very efficient and responsible. 1/25/2010

Super Bright Cleaning Service is always very thorough in their cleaning. I have been using them for several years now and they have been helpful in arranging convenient times that work for me. Also, if I have something additional that I would like them to do -- for example, sweeping or hosing down the patio -- I can call and negotiate that with them. Reliable and they clean my house without my involvement 12/17/2009

I needed a cleaning person and found David with Super Bright Cleaning Service in the GSDBA directory. I have been using Super Bright for close to 10 years now because they are reliable and they clean my house without my involvement. David is a good communicator with a consistent and flexible cleaning service. 12/15/2009

We initially interviewed several different cleaning services and felt the best about David with Super Bright, so we gave him a chance. He is a very good communicator and is consistent, which is why we have continued to use his service for weekly cleaning for about 2 or 3 years. David has done a good job of matching his cleaning staff with the personality and needs of the owner of the house, who is handicapped. He also is very flexible and accommodating in terms of her schedule. For example, if she is going on a trip, he is willing to comprise and reschedule the cleaning. If one of the people on his team cannot be there, he always has someone else lined up. I definitely recommend David with Super Bright Cleaning Service. He is understanding of the client's needs and willing to compromise. If there is an issue, he listens and gets it resolved. Agdas Pezeshki more

Super Bright Cleaning Service was recommended by a friend of mine many years ago and I have been using them for about 10 years. I am very satisfied with their house cleaning service. They have a reliable and friendly staff, and they are very competent. Also, because they are insured, I do not have to worry about the health and safety of the person doing the cleaning in my home. more

When I was interviewing cleaning services, I liked David's professionalism and the fact that he came prepared with insurance, which others did not carry. He also seemed to be a good listener. I have been using Super Bright Cleaning Service for about 3 years now for residential cleaning and they do a very good job. In this business, it is good to know that they are going to be there and that they have the insurance. I have already recommended Super Bright. Even though you might pay a little more for their service than you would for another, you get a little more, too. I think that people are bound to be happy with Super Bright. more

Prompt, honest and respectful. Thorough cleaning. 9/24/2009

I have been using Super Bright Cleaning Service for about 3 years. They are always prompt and completely honest and respectful. They clean my 1-bedroom apartment in a senior living complex. They are very thorough in vacuuming, scrubbing the kitchen and all of the appliances, and cleaning the bathroom. They also have been responsive and accommodating when I have had to cancel or change a scheduled cleaning because of a doctor's appointment. Outstanding reliability, quality of service and professionalism! 9/17/2009

I relocated to San Diego in June 2009 and found Super Bright via a google search. Of all the services available, I was impressed with his website and the straightforward information included. During my 16 months in San Diego (I recently retired to TN), I was pleased and completely satisfied with the quality of service provided by Super Bright and David Zook's commitment to customer satisfaction. Specifically noteworthy, he never rescheduled and accomodated my scheduling preferences at every opportunity. On one occasion, he "worked around" some interior construction in my home although it meant that his daily schedule was disrupted. Now THAT is customer service! I also used Super Bright for my move out cleaning and once again, he worked with MY schedule to make sure that the job was done and the quality of work was superior to any I've had in the 20 years I have used professional house cleaning service. I would recommend this service over any of the "name brands" you might be tempted to contract with because I think the personalized attention is exceptionally valuable. more

Reliable and trustworthy. 8/28/2009

We found Super Bright Cleaning Service on the Internet and read some good customer feedback on them. When I called them, David came to our house in person and did a walk-through with me. He personally comes every time and is the custodian of the keys, since we are not here when they clean. We have been using them for about 2 years now. They always come when they say will and they do a good job. They have never broken anything. I have used other companies in the past that have skipped cleaning certain things but Super Bright does not skip anything. They do everything that they say they are going to do. They are a reliable and trustworthy company to work with. more

Tough job done well 8/28/2009

When renters moved out they left a place that looked like it had never been cleaned. The kitchen, especially, was disgusting. Now it is truly bright and shiny as is the rest of the home. more

Superbright Cleaning Service has been cleaning my house for almost 2 years now and I still look forward to coming home every other Friday to a cleaned home by their staff. With my husband in Iraq (and even when he was home), my time is limited and incredibly valuable. I appreciate that Superbright Cleaning helps me cross one thing off my "to do" list! more

Good cleaning for the money. 8/20/2009

I would recommend Super Bright Cleaning Service. I have been using them for about 10 years and the value is good for the service that they provide. Initially, I think I called 2 or 3 different companies. I only wanted cleaning once a month and, for the size of my space, Super Bright seemed to be the best fit. Their prices are competitive and have been consistent. Until this year, they did not raise the prices. If ever there were things that were not cleaned to my liking, I could always call the owner and he would make sure that they try to do better on the next cleaning. They are reliable and honest. I am retired now but when I was working, I was never here when they cleaned and that was fine. Their team has changed over the years and some of the cleaners have been better than others. They are always amendable to making a change, doing a little bit more or cleaning something additional if I ask them to. I appreciate this. more

I have been using Super Bright for many years now and am very pleased and satisfied with their services. They are professional and you can set a clock by them. David has the process down to a science and the job is done swiftly and smoothly. If I need something extra done -- cleaning out the refrigerator -- they add it to the list without a problem. I have also hired him for special jobs (cleaning out a filthy basement) and received the same high quality service. more
