I relocated to San Diego in June 2009 and found Super Bright via a google search. Of all the services available, I was impressed with his website and the straightforward information included. During my 16 months in San Diego (I recently retired to TN), I was pleased and completely satisfied with the quality of service provided by Super Bright and David Zook's commitment to customer satisfaction. Specifically noteworthy, he never rescheduled and accomodated my scheduling preferences at every opportunity. On one occasion, he "worked around" some interior construction in my home although it meant that his daily schedule was disrupted. Now THAT is customer service!
I also used Super Bright for my move out cleaning and once again, he worked with MY schedule to make sure that the job was done and the quality of work was superior to any I've had in the 20 years I have used professional house cleaning service.
I would recommend this service over any of the "name brands" you might be tempted to contract with because I think the personalized attention is exceptionally valuable.
