This Super 8 seemed to be very new. Nicely lit hallways, very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. more

We were in Sawyer, Michigan...a town about 2 blocks long. Was surprised that the clerk could make no recommendation for a place to eat when we discovered the one main street restaurant in town was an AMAZING!, reasonably priced, over the top continental menu of dining and drinks, the like we have seldom had even in Chicago. Needless to say, we went back and told the clerk it was a place she should be recommending to ALL their guests! (The restaurant is called Fitzgerald's) more

I had called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late in the evening. They stated they would make a note of this. We arrived at 11:30 pm. The desk clerk ( manager?) had our paper work out and waiting for us. He quickly gave us the times for breakfast and let us get on our way to a restful night. more

We stayed here with our 6 year old son. We were very pleased. The management accommodated our request for a quiet part of the hotel, and we had no problems with noise even though the hotel was full for part of the weekend. Facilities were clean and modern. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast. The only slight downside is that this is not a pedestrian or bike area- you really have to use a car to get anywhere, and I would not let older kids/teens walk around the neighborhood as there is a truck stop and adult bookstore/video nearby. The location is very convenient to the Warren Dunes/Bridgman area. more

We chose this Super 8 because it was close to Tower Hill Church Camp, where we attended an event but could not stay at the camp as it was full. So the location was excellent. The room, #211, was fine, clean and satisfactory. more

Over all it was a good stay although the free breakfast was only available from 7-9am.\r The staff is helpful and friendly, the maid service was good and the internet worked. What more could a person ask for? more

It was comfortable as I am a stressful person and have to keep busy but this stay actually made me relax and comfortable. Thank you more

I stayed here after staying at an over-priced hotel that was horrible. I was so relieved and thankful to have found the Super 8 on my way back home. It had everything I wanted. 2 big beds for me and my kids, a large room and a heated pool. The covers are a bit thin but that's the way I like it! Everything was clean and worked. The employees were nice too. Couldn't have asked for a better place! :) more

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The guy working the desk on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend let me know about the local beaches. He let me know of a local beach that played ""taps""- a nice remembrance for our fallen women and men in service of our country.\r The pool area was clean and the water a nice temperature. It's not a big area, but it's well maintained.\r I loved that there was a microwave and a mini-refrigerator with a freezer that worked surprisingly well. The mini-refrigerator was a nice large size that held drinks and food for three days for a couple. These could be nice features for families, too.\r The coffee that the hotel offers the guests is very good and they are generous with it. The continental b-fast is convenient- especially for kids.\r Overall, a pleasant experience. more

After a very, very long drive, all we wanted was a clean bed to crawl into. We have stayed in a Super 8 hotel before and were not pleased. This hotel has changed our opinion! When we walked in the side door, the first thing that we noticed was the fresh, clean smell of the hotel. How refreshing!! We checked into this hotel at midnight and were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who directed us a very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, well appointed room on the ground floor (as requested). Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty and served in a cute little room across from the front desk. more

This was a great hotel for an overnight stay. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave so it was very convenient for us to heat up our dinner and have snacks. We were told the area was more of a tourist town, so in the off season, all restaurants close early. So just remember to eat before 10pm if you are looking for food! The hotel was very clean and offered a comfortable, spacious room. The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was a good selection of food. I would recommend the hotel for travelers for a night or two stay. more

Stayed one night at this hotel. Parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of spaces available. Front desk staff were courteous on check-in and check-out. Room was clean and the bed was made as I had expected. No evidence of smoke in the room I had. This is the only hotel in the immediate area. It is convenient to Warren Dunes state partk. There is a travel center / truck stop across the street with several choices of fast food. A number of restaurants are a short drive north on I-94. more
