I have used many moving companies because I have to relocate a lot for the nature of my job. Suntrust Van Lines is the best company that I used by far. I used them just yesterday while moving to a new house with my daughter and pet. They did a terrific job there. Movers arrived on time and completed the move effortlessly before the schedule and there was nothing damaged or broken. Everything went according to the plan and within the budget. I am definitely going to use them again for my future moves. more

What makes Suntrust Van Lines a world class moving company? I just used them for the first time few weeks ago on my move from FL to my new place in CA. They are very professional and efficient and made it seems as a very easy move to manage. I had a lot of furniture and fragile items to pack up and movers did their job effortlessly. I’m very thankful for a perfect move and definitely like to recommend Suntrust Van Lines to all! more

Who could have thought that a simple phone call for inquiry will lead to my most satisfied experience yet? Suntrust Vann Lines team did a really great job handling my move when I moved to GA. I am particularly amazed by Maro and his team synergistic efforts to finish the job on time. I have been to other companies but I have never seen anyone of them perform in a way this guys did. We decided on Suntrust after they were very persuasive against other companies and for themselves. They came very late to our pickup and their drivers were very rude. We tried to cancel our move after reading further into them but they threatened us in keeping our belongings until we paid. They came more than a week late for the delivery where the drivers demanded more money and which included necessary items for our business. Upon inspection of the boxes some were crushed and ripped and some were missing very valuable items. They do not return our calls and were very unprofessional once they had our money. more

I just moved to a new place yesterday and I used Suntrust Van Lines. That was the first time I used professional movers and the experience was awesome. I did not feel like I am moving to a new place. Movers were very punctual and professional. They were well prepared for the move and they managed the whole move in no time. I also think that they were very competitive as far as the price was concerned. I would love to use them again. more

When searching for a mover, price was not my main concern. I wanted to know I'm in ""good hands"" after all, whole my life is in a moving truck so trust is a major factor. So after getting a quote from Richard and doing my homework I felt I could trust Suntrust Van Lines so they got my business and the move turned out well. I'm glad I used these guys because they made my move so easy and smooth. I promised to write a review if things went well so thank you all at Suntrust Van Lines. Good job! more

I recently used Suntrust Van Lines to move my wife and I with our two kids from FL to UH. I was originally going to rent a truck and do it myself, but Kathy at the office convinced me that since it is a back haul for them, their price would be very competitive. And it was. They moved our 3 bedroom house and everything went off without a hitch. They gave us a package where we packed all boxes and they packed everything else like mirrors, electronics, pictures, and furniture etc. I was very happy with service at pick-up and delivery and would definitely recommend Suntrust Van Lines in the future. Job well done guys! more

Suntrust Van Lines moved my four bedroom house contents from FL to NC a month ago. Pre-move arrangements were simple: Natalie explained all the costs and made the appointment, but didn't bother us unnecessarily. They called the day before to confirm and gave us a 2 hour arrival window. Maro and his crew were professional, friendly and very effective from the start, moving much faster than we had expected, wrapping and protecting and loading the van with barely any need for input from us. These guys are professionals who know what they're doing. I've no problem giving them a top rating. \r more

Excellent performance. Maro and his crew arrived on time with all the necessary tools and a great moving van. They knew what they were doing and it was very organized, brilliantly planned and efficiently executed move. They did not give me any scopes to complain. I was very happy to find all my belongings in good condition. I have to say that I got the best possible services and a very affordable price. I’m definitely recommending this company. more

Suntrust Van Lines team was excellent, courteous, and patient despite putting in a long day with a bunch of unforeseen problems (condo elevator double booked, etc.). Maro and his crew needed reinforcements to get the job done, which we paid for. We were please that they were able to make the last minute accommodations. I would use them again in a heartbeat. more

My move went very smoothly. Suntrust Van Lines team were extremely professional and took care of every last minute detail. They really organized the truck in an orderly fashion. All the furniture remained intact and I would definitely use Suntrust Van Lines again. Also they were there on time which is truly appreciated! I will say that you need to be very specific with a list of inventory beforehand.\r \r more

We moved with this company not too long ago from FL to WV and we highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to receive great service. My husband and I have done a lot of research with which company to go with for our move. Because we have a lot of valuables and antiques given to us by our family, we wanted someone we can trust to take care of our furniture and they sure did. Everything was nicely wrapped and brought to our new home the way we had it. From the start the sales reps was more than helpful and attentive to little details and most importantly very patient because this wasn't a small move. I want to thank Andrey and his crews for making this moving experience the best we ever had. more

Thumbs up to all at Suntrust Van Lines – the guys who came to pick up my shipment were on time, friendly and very well experience. They packed that truck like true Tetris Grandmasters. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Be prepared to answer them when they ask, ""Where does this go?"" You may slow them down if you're not up to their fast pace. The end of the move I paid as quoted for the move. It was a great deal! Great Move! Highly recommended! more

Earlier this year, my sister had hired their services for shifting her home, and then I saw this team working for one of my neighbors. I contacted them to see if they can manage my relocation, which was considered a huge job. To my fortune, they had skilled manpower for these sorts of jobs. On average parameters, it is a very good moving company. It was such a huge relief for me seeing things done in such a manner. Thank you all! more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Suntrust Van Lines moved my house, with a LOT of my valuable items across the country, stored them for a month, and got everything to my new place safe and sound. I only met the delivery crew, since my brother was there on moving day, while I was already in CA. The guys I met were professional and quick, and my brother said they hardly rested a minute on the pickup. Out of the many moving companies I’ve used, these guys are my favorite, both easy to talk to on the phone, and get the job done right on moving day. more

Our moving experience with Suntrust Van Lines was great. Maro and his team did an outstanding job packing up and completed the delivery into our new home, easy and efficient. All of the guys were extremely courteous and polite. They cared and they wanted to get it right. It was amazing to witness an up-scale service, for the price of an average service. I now know that Suntrust Van Lines holds the highest standard for service compare to any other moving company. I definitely recommend. more
