I had a furnace installed last winter in addition to the air conditioning unit. I have been very pleased-- and in these days somewhat surprised-- at the quick, courteous and efficient service on the original installation and follow-ups. more

Called on Thursday, got an appointment for a possible condensation leak on Friday. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa were busy in the morning and I called at the appointment promised cut-off time. Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa said Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa were running late. I needed the job done, so I said ""ok"". Sunstate Mechanical Contractors of Tampa came on time for the up-dated time. Friendly, got right down to business, checked both my a/c / heat units. Tested levels, etc. Checked all the lines, and verified everything working ok. No leaks.\r more

Extremely knowledgeable. Came out within an hour of my call, and quickly identified the problem to be a result of another heat and air company`s mistake. Advised me to require them to fix it and refused to charge me for the visit because he didn`t do the work. Do yourself a favor and call.\r more
