When my first child was born I quickly became unhappy with her pediatrician, who turned out to be a novice, and even more so with his rude staff. Dr. Robertson was suggested by a couple of different families we know so we gave him a try; it has been 4 years and couldn't be happier with the quality of care our children have received. Our 2nd, as an infant, developed a fever over a weekend and they told us at urgent care that it was just a virus. Took her into Dr. R on Monday and he literally saved her life by identifying the issue immediately as a UTI and taking the proper actions so the infection didn't spread and develop into meningitis. Dr. Robertson is compassionate and very knowledgeable, sometimes can be very straight and to the point when he's really busy which can turn some people off. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful, but you do have a couple that just seem like they're miserable people (what IS it with medical office staff???!!!) but fortunately you don't have to interact with them very much. The wait is gonna be just like anything else - if it's sick season they are slammed and you're going to wait. If it's summer time, you can usually get in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I also like that they have walk-in hours, and even outside of that they're usually pretty good about getting you in the same day, or next, if you have an issue.
