Usually I'm not one to post reviews, but in this case, something should be said! My parents have used Sunset for years, so naturally, I called Sunset when my furnace went out. I have two small children, and I kind of panicked the weekend it stopped working. I called on a Sunday, and the dispatch was able to page the repair man and he called me immediately. He told me that he could come out however, there would be an ""after hours"" charge. I told him that I was already worried about the cost of the repair and that I could probably wait to call back Monday, during business hours. He asked for my address, and said that he would come out to bring me some space heaters for me and my children, until I could get an appointment! He made me feel like he really cared about us - and to me, that meant everything! I now know why my parents have trusted them for so many years.
