Jack and his amazing service 11/1/2013

I've been going to Sunset over 15 years and have never been steered wrong. Prices are more than reasonable. The service is incomparable. Went to aaa fir estimate just to see and not telling Sunset they did the work for $300.00 less. more

I used the reminder email from sunset to set up the alignment on my Dodge Ram 2500. Got a call from Jack the owner plus an email from Jeff to confirm. more

They kept trying till the got it fixed right. 10/26/2013

Our '81 Jeep CJ-7 sat for in our garage for over ten years without running. When we finally did decide to get it back on the road it was a major challenge.The carburator proved to be a real problem and we had to visit Jack and the guys numerous times trying to get the problem/s resolved. Each time Jack would try something different with the goal of keeping the costs of parts and repairs down to a reasonable amount. Finally their persistence paid off and we are happy to say it looks like we have our Jeep back! more

2nd Review 10/20/2013

On my previous review I rated Sunset 1 star. I am now changing it to 5 stars! Jack and I spoke about the previous incident and I agreed to take my car back to his shop. He was able to resolve the matter with new parts under warranty. So no charge for the parts, only labor. Thanks again Jack. more

I felt like a king 8/31/2013

When I arrived I appreciated that Greg had a bucket of beers for me already nice and cooled And after escorting us to the waiting area and showing us our recliners he ensured the tv was perfectly angled, lights dimmed, and football game on. After the car was serviced I was pleased to find all the change I had left in the console was still there - only $.03 missing. My only complaint is when he left the complimentary mint he shouldn't have left it on the seat. Ia sat on it... Butt at least it was warm. more
