Fast, Honest Service 1/29/2014

We had to drop off our van over the weekend, and were called early on Monday with a diagnosis and estimate. It was ready by early afternoon, and the cost actually came in under estimate because a part that may have needed to be replaced, didn't need to after all. more

What I really like is that Sunset Automotive staff will check with their defer to a long list of techs and Master mechanics across the world to find out from others that have dealt with the same weird quirk of a problem my cars seems to develop over time. Bottom-line they get it fixed right! more

Excellent customer service! 1/8/2014

I brought my Toyota Sienna van in for routine service and received a full body massage for FREE!! Okay, that's not entirely true, but they did point out that one of my tires had a cut in the sidewall. Thanks Sunset! more

We needed our vehicle's oil changed in a timely manner and they got it done in plenty of time. 12/16/2013

My only criticsm was that there was a problem with the vehicle's oil cooler noted on the invoice but nothing was mentioned when vehicle was picked up. Probably just an oversight. more

This is the second time I brought my car in. I thought they had fixed everything but two days later, the service engine soon light came back on, so I don't know if they did fix everything more

Delivered when promised and runs like a top! 12/11/2013

I've visited Sunset Automotive with issues with 2 of my cars, each time they were able to locate the issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Their staff are very knowlegable, personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for honest and trustworthy mechanics to get their cars running like a top again! Kudos to Sunset Automotive! I would have rated them higher but there were only 5 stars available. more
