We were very impressed with Mike's willingness to solve the problem and get the unit repaired. He didn't have to suggest a temporary solution, he didn't have to go back to Lacey for space heaters, he didn't have to find a new fan motor and he didn't have to bring it back to our house and install it - all after normal business hours. But he did all this and appeared to be genuinely pleased to provide this extra service.\r more

The Sunset Air repairman knew exactly how to fix the issue and I never went back to another company. Sunset Air was definitely on my list of companies I wanted a quote from. When I talked to my neighbor and she told me her furnace was installed by Sunset Air and that she was very happy with their service I was sold.\r more

The technicians installed a new heat pump and air handler in our house. The work was done on schedule and in a timely fashion. They did a great job with the installation and left the workspace clean and ready for county inspections. We were very pleased with the unit's performance.\r more

I found the overall experience with Sunset Air to be very positive. I especially want to give Kudos to customer service person that went out of her way to make it possible to have my duct cleaning done before my company arrived. That's customer service! I wish I remembered her name so I could be sure she would be properly recognized.\r more
