I am very pleased with their beds.HOWEVER I cancelled my membership because of the customer service everytime I go in to tan I am pressured to buy lotions. face lotions, body lotions after tan lotions this is getting ridiculous! I had one employee tell me if I didnt purcahse another pair of goggles I couldnt tan ( I forgot mine and had to buy the stickies) I finally just cancelled. Needless to say I am upset their beds are great but their sales are terribel. more

Suns Up is a great tanning salon! The girls there are all very friendly and have great customer service. I started out using a tanning coupon the offer in the clipper add. I liked them so much I decided to sign up after, and bought a lotion with the 35% off they offer from Kelsey. Over all Suns Up is a great place to go and I would recommend them to everyone! Sun's Up Tanning in Gresham off of Hogan is a great place to go tanning. Amy M. helped me get started and was very informative and welcoming. I've been to other salons in the area, but have to say this one will be where I continue to go. So far, the staff has been friendly and the salon is very clean and inviting. more

Suns up Tanning is great, it was my frist time ever tanning i was scard i didnt know how to do anything not even work the bed or any thing but they get u all set and show u how to work every thing they really care about you they dont want you to get brunt or be scard they ask u if u have qustions or need any thing to ask them. When your there they make u feel cared for.Also the employees are so nice they truly try to get u the best deal they can.The beds are great!! more

The lady told me $20 a month then rang me up for a lot more than that! She didn't even tell me. She just rang it up--- I noticed and asked her what the problem was and she said that's the price... shady!!! Pros: Keep the place clean Cons: Sales people that lie about prices more

I have never been given such poor service in a tanning salon in my life. Not only are the sales people rude and unknowledgeable, but they push packages and lotions on you every time you come in. Every time that I have tanned there i've had to ask for my bed to be recleaned, I have been given dirty towels, the bulbs are uneven and old. Their claim that they are replaced twice as often is completely bogus. They recycle their bulbs into other beds. Oh, and at meetings...THEY ASK THEIR EMPLOYEES TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ON CITY SEARCH. Dont be fooled by the good reviews...i've never heard a good word about this place. Pros: ok atmosphere Cons: used bulbs, unhelpful staff, dirty beds more

At first I thought this place was a great deal for only $20.00 a month and they are super new and nice inside. However, I am disappointed with the customer service. Prime example, just went to go tan it was 5:40pm when I walked through the door. The gentleman working behind the counter named Harley told me that they are closed even though the hours listed on the door indicate they are open until 6pm on Saturdays. There were 2 ladies already standing at the counter he told me they were the last 2 tans for the evening. Hello? What happen to being open until 6pm? I understand he didn't want to be stuck there past 6pm, but I wasn't strolling in at 5:59pm for a tan! I just wanted to go for 12 minutes....I am very disappointed because as a customer if I know a place is open until 6pm I should be able to get that service as long as I arrive by 6pm. If they don't want people to be past 6pm than they should indicate last tan time hour, close earlier or something!!! But when I drive my butt out to a place and than have to be turned away. I would rather take my money and business to a place that values their customers and wouldn't mind accomdating them even if they showed up at 5:59pm to tan!!! Believe me go somewhere else...Sunrise Salon was where I went before and they were always helpful and accomdating. I am going to go back there. I would gladly pay more than be turned away 20 minutes before store close because some employee didn't want to have to be stuck working longer. Which by the way was the store manager who did this....why do companies employee people right out of high school to manage stores is beyond me. more

This place is a joke, why would I want to get ripped off! FAKE!! My friend spent so much money there and now she hates the place. If you go there, ask why Kyle got fired! There are better salons around who have been running for years, and now I know why. DO NOT GO HERE! Cons: rip off, snooty bitches more

First off this place is GORGEOUS!!!! Its not some hole-in-a-wall place, it looks like the owner actually put some time and effort into the place. It reminds me of some high-end salon that you would find downtown or something. They also have awesome packages!!!! If your lookin for a new tanning place that doesnt have stuck-up snobs behind the counter check them out!!! The girls at gresham are super sweet and actually know what they are talking about when it comes to tanning and tanning products.
